Claims (16)

     1. Способ, в котором
осуществляют контакт СО, Н2 и по меньшей мере одного олефина в присутствии катализатора гидроформилирования в текучей реакционной среде в по меньшей мере одном реакторе в условиях гидроформилирования, достаточных для образования по меньшей мере одного альдегидного продукта,
удаляют поток текучей реакционной среды из, по меньшей мере, одного реактора и пропускают данный поток в теплообменник,
удаляют некоторое количество тепла из данного потока с образованием охлажденного потока и
возвращают охлажденный поток в реактор,
где скорость течения по меньшей мере части по меньшей мере одного из данного потока и/или охлажденного потока регулируют, чтобы регулировать температуру в реакторе.
     2. Способ по п. 1, в котором скорость реакции составляет больше, чем 2 гмоль альдегида/литр объема реактора/час.
     3. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором катализатор содержит гидролизуемый органофосфорный лиганд.
     4. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором каталитический металл данного катализатора представляет собой родий.
     5. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором температура реакции составляет меньше чем 100°С.
     6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором теплообменник способен удалять, по меньшей мере, 75 кВт/м3 объема реактора из потока.
     7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором температуру стационарного состояния реакции регулируют в пределах +/-1°С от заданной величины.
     8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором температуру стационарного состояния реакции регулируют в пределах +/-0,5°С от заданной величины.
     9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором скорость течения, по меньшей мере, части охлажденного потока регулируют, чтобы регулировать температуру в реакторе.
     10. Способ по пп. 1-8, в котором скорость течения, по меньшей мере, части данного потока регулируют, чтобы регулировать температуру в реакторе.
     11. Способ по пп. 1-10, в котором, по меньшей мере, одну стратегию усовершенствованного контроля способа (АРС) применяют, чтобы контролировать способ гидроформилирования.
