Claims (27)
1. Композиция раствора многоразового использования, содержащая:
водную дисперсионную среду, содержащую композицию добавки для изменения определенных свойств указанной водной дисперсионной среды, причем указанная композиция добавки содержит амфотерный полимер, соль - вплоть до насыщения, полиакриламид или их смеси и комбинации, и
органическую дисперсную фазу, содержащую глицерин, полиглицерин, многоатомный спирт, производное моносахарида, производное полисахарида или их смеси и комбинации,
при этом органическая дисперсная фаза образует осмотическую мембрану в водной дисперсионной среде, где указанная осмотическая мембрана обеспечивает возможность протекания механизмов гидратации-дегидратации и позволяет контролировать взаимодействия между породой и раствором.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 51 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 49 мас.%
3. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), при этом водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 55 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 45 мас. %
4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 65 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 35 мас.%
5. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что водная среда содержит рассол, а указанная соль включает соли натрия, калия, кальция или их смеси и комбинации.
6. Композиция по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что указанный рассол включает рассол на основе пресной воды, а указанная соль включает NaCl, KCl, CaCl2 и/или эквивалентные натриевые, калиевые и/или кальциевые соли.
7. Композиция бурового раствора многоразового использования, содержащая:
водную дисперсионную среду, содержащую композицию добавки для изменения определенных свойств указанной водной дисперсионной среды, причем указанная композиция добавки содержит амфотерный полимер, соль калия и/или натрия вплоть до насыщения и/или полиакриламид, и
органическую дисперсную фазу, которая образует осмотическую мембрану в указанной водной дисперсионной среде, причем указанная осмотическая мембрана обеспечивает возможность протекания механизмов гидратации-дегидратации и позволяет контролировать взаимодействия между породой и раствором, при этом указанная органическая фаза содержит глицерин, полиглицерин, многоатомный спирт, производное моносахарида, производное полисахарида или их смеси и комбинации.
8. Композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 51 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 49 мас.%

Композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 55 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 45 мас.%

Композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 65 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а указанная неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 35 мас.%
11. Композиция по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что указанная водная среда содержит рассол, а указанная соль включает соли натрия, калия, кальция или их смеси и комбинации.
12. Композиция по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что рассол содержит рассол на основе пресной воды, а указанная соль включает NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, и/или эквивалентные натриевые, калиевые и/или кальциевые соли.
13. Способ бурения скважины, включающий стадию:
прокачивания во время бурения скважины композиции раствора по замкнутой циркуляционной схеме, где указанная композиция содержит:
водную дисперсионную среду, содержащую композицию добавки для изменения определенных свойств водной дисперсионной среды, причем указанная композиция добавки содержит амфотерный полимер, соль калия и/или натрия вплоть до насыщения и/или полиакриламид, и
органическую дисперсную фазу, которая создает осмотическую мембрану в указанной водной дисперсионной среде, при этом указанная осмотическая мембрана обеспечивает возможность протекания механизмов гидратации-дегидратации и позволяет контролировать взаимодействия между породой и раствором, причем указанная органическая фаза содержит глицерин, полиглицерин, многоатомный спирт, производное моносахарида, производное полисахарида или их смеси и комбинации,
при этом указанная композиция бурового раствора подходит для повторного использования, а указанный раствор обладает улучшенными смазывающими свойствами и улучшенной несущей способностью.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 51 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а указанная неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 49 мас.%
15. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 55 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а указанная неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 45 мас.%

Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что плотность указанной композиции составляет от примерно 8,6 фунтов на галлон до примерно 20 фунтов на галлон (от примерно 1031 кг/м3 до примерно 2397 кг/м3), и указанная водная среда присутствует в количестве от примерно 65 мас.% до примерно 95 мас.%, а указанная неводная фаза присутствует в количестве от примерно 5 мас.% до примерно 35 мас.%
17. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что указанная водная среда содержит рассол, а указанная соль включает натриевые, калиевые, кальциевые соли или их смеси и комбинации.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что рассол содержит рассол на основе пресной воды, а указанная соль включает NaCl, KCl, CaCl2 и/или эквивалентные натриевые, калиевые и/или кальциевые соли.
