Claims (32)
1. Способ получения белкового концентрата неживотного происхождения, включающий:
инокуляцию по существу сухим субстратом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из зерен хлебных злаков, отрубей, опилок, торфа, материалы семян масличной культуры, щепы и их комбинаций;
подвергание инокулированного субстрата твердофазной ферментации (SSF) с помощью микроорганизма, выбранного из группы, состоящей из Aureobasidium pullulans, Fusarium venenatum, Sclerotium glucanicum, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Ralstonia eutropha Rhodospirillum rubrum, Issatchenkia spp, Aspergillus spp, Kluyveromyces и Pichia spp, Trichoderma reesei, Pleurotus ostreatus, Rhizopus spp, а также их комбинаций;
инкубирование инокулированного субстрата при рН менее чем от около 2 до около или при рН больше, чем около 8; и
выделение полученных белков и микроорганизмов.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий смешивание микроорганизма и субстрата с образованием по существу стабильной гранулы или заготовки, где указанная гранула или заготовка содержит достаточный объем пустот внутри и между гранулами или заготовками для обеспечения аэрации и увлажнения стабилизированной смеси субстрат-микроорганизм по существу без перемешивания.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором микроорганизм представляет собой A. pullulans.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором субстрат представляет собой неэкструдирозанные DDGS или неэкструдированные DDG.
5. Белковый концентрат, полученный способом по п. 1, в котором содержание белка составляет от около 40 до около 50% (считая по сухому веществу).
6. Композиция, содержащая белковый концентрат по п. 5, который представляет собой полную замену животной рыбной кормовой муки в корме для рыб.
7. Способ получения белкового концентрата неживотного происхождения, включающий:
a) передачу исходного сырья к первому биореактору;
b) инокуляцию исходного сырья с по меньшей мере одним микроорганизмом в водной среде, в которой указанный микроорганизм трансформирует высвобожденные сахара в белки и экзополисахариды и необязательно высвобождает ферменты в объем жидкости;
c) смешивание жидкости на стадии (b) с кислотой и необязательно одним или несколькими противомикробными препаратами;
d) примешивание дополнительного твердого вещества к смеси стадии (с), чтобы уменьшить уровень влажности смеси стадии (с) до значений от около 40 до около 60% и перенос указанной смеси с уменьшенной влажностью ко второму биореактору,
в котором смесь стадии (d) инкубируют в указанном втором биореакторе в течение времени достаточного, чтобы превратить твердые вещества в белковый концентрат.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором стадию (b) осуществляют при от около 30 до около 50°C в течение приблизительно 24 часов.
9. Способ по п. 7, в котором стадию (d) осуществляют при температуре около 25°С в течение около 5 дней.
10. Способ по п. 7, в котором микроорганизм представляет собой грибок.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором грибки представляют собой A. pullulans.
12. Способ по п. 8, дополнительно включающий дополняющий инокулят с источником азота.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором указанный источник азота выбирается из группы, состоящей из сульфата аммония, мочевины и хлорида аммония.
14. Способ по п. 7, в котором второй биореактор имеет коническую или трубчатую форму.
15. Способ по п. 7, в котором ферментацию проводят в отсутствие экзогенных осахаривающих ферментов.
16. Белковый концентрат, полученный способом по п. 7, в котором содержание белка составляет от около 50 до около 60% (считая по сухому веществу).
17. Композиция, содержащая белковый концентрат по п. 16, который представляем собой полную замену животной рыбной кормовой муки в корме для рыб.
18. Способ получения полиненасыщенных жирных кислот (ПНЖК), включающий:
инокуляцию субстрата, содержащего липиды с низким содержанием ПНЖК, либо как предусмотрено, либо путем добавления, где субстрат выбираются из группы, состоящей из зерен хлебных злаков, отрубей, опилок, торфа, материалы семян масличной культуры, древесной щепы, сиропа и их комбинаций;
подвергание инокулированного субстрата твердофазной ферментации (SSF) с помощью микроорганизма, выбранного из группы, состоящей из Pythium, Thraustochytrium и Schizochytrium, а также их комбинаций;
инкубирования инокулированного субстрата.
19. Способ по п. 18, дополнительно включающий добавление полученного материала, улучшенного посредством ПНЖК, в качестве ингредиента в корма для животных или альтернативно выделение полученных липидов, улучшенных посредством ПНЖК.
20. Композиция, содержащая продукт способа по п. 18, где липиды композиции содержат около 50-90% триацилглицеринов.
