Abstract
La presente invención describe un proceso basado en métodos biológicos para producir concentrado de proteína de alta calidad (HQPC) y lípidos convirtiendo materiales obtenidos de plantas en proteína lípidos biodisponibles a través de una fermentación en estado sólido (SSF) y SSF híbrida, que incluye el uso de tal HQPC y lípidos así producidos como nutrientes, e incluye el uso como un reemplazo de carne de pescado en dietas para acuacultura. También se describe un reactor para la SSF y los métodos para utilizar el reactor.
