Claims (12)
1. Способ очистки потока (100) синтез-газа, содержащего водород, причем указанный поток состоит из водорода, а также оксида углерода, диоксида углерода, воды и примесей в незначительных количествах и содержит по меньшей мере 90 мол. % водорода, причем указанный способ включает стадию (15) криогенной очистки и до указанной стадии криогенной очистки - стадию (14) дегидратации синтез-газа, отличающийся тем, что до указанных стадий дегидратации и криогенной очистки включает стадию (13) метанирования указанного потока (100) для превращения оксида углерода и диоксида углерода в метан и воду, указанная стадия криогенной очистки включает промывку жидким азотом.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором до указанной стадии метанирования синтез-газ подвергают конверсии оксида углерода в диоксид углерода и удалению диоксида углерода.
3. Способ по п. 1, причем указанный синтез-газ (100), содержащий водород, получают путем риформинга источника (106) углеводорода с использованием кислорода (107).
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором часть газа после указанной стадии метанирования и дегидратации обходит указанную стадию криогенной очистки.
5. Способ по п. 1 для получения свежего синтез-газа для синтеза аммиака.
6. Установка для получения синтез-газа, содержащего водород, включающая секцию (15) криогенной очистки и секцию дегидратации, расположенную на стороне входа указанной секции очистки, отличающаяся тем, что она включает секцию (13) метанирования, расположенную на стороне входа секции (15) очистки и секции дегидратации, причем секция криогенной очистки приспособлена для обеспечения промывки жидким азотом.
7. Установка по п. 6, включающая секцию риформинга для риформинга источника углеводорода с использованием кислорода, СО-конвертер, секцию удаления диоксида углерода на стороне входа указанной секции метанирования.
8. Установка по п. 6 или 7, предназначенная для получения синтез-газа для синтеза аммиака во входной части установки для синтеза аммиака.
9. Способ модернизации установки для синтеза аммиака, в котором:
установка включает входную часть для получения синтез-газа для синтеза аммиака и контур синтеза для реакции указанного синтез-газа до получения аммиака,
входная часть включает секцию (10) риформинга, в которой осуществляется риформинг источника углеводорода с использованием кислорода до получения синтез-газа, содержащего водород, и секцию очистки,
отличающийся тем, что обеспечивают секцию метанирования и секцию криогенной очистки, причем секцию криогенной очистки располагают после секции метанирования, так что синтез-газ после метанирования направляется в секцию криогенной очистки, при этом секция очистки приспособлена для промывки жидким азотом.
