Claims (25)
1. Полое волокно, вытянутое главным образом в продольном направлении, при этом полое волокно содержит пустую полость, проходящую вдоль по меньшей мере части волокна в продольном направлении, где полость ограничена внутренней стенкой, образованной из термопластичной композиции, которая содержит непрерывную фазу, содержащую полиолефиновый матричный полимер, и полимерную добавку-нановключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов, где полимерная добавка-нановключение составляет от 0,05 вес. % до 20 вес. % композиции по весу полиолефинового матричного полимера, и где в композиции определена пористая сеть, которая содержит множество нанопор.
2. Полое волокно по п. 1, где внутренняя стенка имеет среднюю толщину стенки от 0,5 до 50 микрометров.
3. Полое волокно по п. 1, где внутренняя стенка имеет внутренний диаметр, больший, чем толщина внутренней стенки.
4. Полое волокно по п. 3, где средний внутренний диаметр внутренней стенки составляет от 1 до 100 микрометров.
5. Полое волокно по п. 1, где внутренняя стенка имеет средний внешний диаметр от 2 до 200 микрометров.
6. Полое волокно по п. 1, где нанопоры имеют средний размер в поперечном сечении 800 нанометров или менее.
7. Полое волокно по п. 1, где полиолефиновый матричный полимер имеет показатель текучести расплава от 0,5 до 80 граммов за 10 минут, определенный при нагрузке 2160 граммов и при 230°C в соответствии с ASTM D1238.
8. Полое волокно по п. 1, где полиолефиновый матричный полимер представляет собой практически изотактический гомополимер или сополимер полипропилена, содержащий по меньшей мере 90% по весу пропилена.
9. Полое волокно по п. 1, где непрерывная фаза составляет от 60 вес. % до 99 вес. % термопластичной композиции.
10. Полое волокно по п. 1, где полимерная добавка-нановключение представляет собой полиэпоксид.
11. Полое волокно по п. 1, где полимерная добавка-нановключение имеет показатель текучести расплава от 0,1 до 100 граммов за 10 минут, определенный при нагрузке 2160 граммов и при температуре, по меньшей мере на 40°C превышающей температуру плавления, в соответствии с ASTM D1238.
12. Полое волокно по п. 1, где композиция дополнительно содержит добавку-микровключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов.
13. Полое волокно по п. 12, где полимер в добавке-микровключении представляет собой полимолочную кислоту.
14. Полое волокно по п. 12, где полимер в добавке-микровключении имеет температуру стеклования 0°C или более.
15. Полое волокно по п. 1, где термопластичная композиция дополнительно содержит модификатор поверхности раздела фаз.
16. Полое волокно по п. 1, где пористая сеть дополнительно содержит микропоры.
17. Полое волокно по п. 1, где волокно представляет собой двухкомпонентное волокно, имеющее оболочку, окружающую сердцевину, которые вместе образуют внутреннюю стенку полого волокна, где сердцевина образована из термопластичной композиции.
18. Нетканое полотно, содержащее полое волокно по п. 1.
19. Впитывающее изделие, содержащее нетканое полотно по п. 18, где впитывающее изделие содержит практически непроницаемый для жидкости слой, проницаемый для жидкости слой и впитывающую сердцевину, где практически непроницаемый для жидкости слой, проницаемый для жидкости слой или оба они содержат нетканое полотно.
20. Способ образования полого волокна, при этом способ включает:
образование термопластичной композиции, которая содержит непрерывную фазу, содержащую полиолефиновый матричный полимер, и добавку-нановключение, диспергированную в непрерывной фазе в форме дискретных доменов;
экструдирование композиции через капилляр с образованием волокна, где внутри капилляра расположены одна или более канавок определенной формы; и
вытягивание волокна при температуре, более низкой, чем температура плавления матричного полимера, с образованием тем самым пористой сети, которая содержит множество нанопор.
21. Способ по п. 20, где термопластичную композицию растягивают до степени вытягивания от 1,1 до 25.
22. Способ по п. 20, где волокно вытягивают при температуре от -50°C до 150°C.
