Claims (30)
1. Нетканое полотно, включающее:
термопластическое полимерное волокно (A);
углеродное волокно (B); и
термопластический полимер (C), имеющий температуру стеклования меньше, чем температура стеклования термопластического полимерного волокна (A),
причем термопластический полимер (C) содержится в количестве, составляющем от 1 до 50 мас.%, по отношению к суммарному содержанию термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и термопластического полимера (C).
2. Нетканое полотно по п.1, в котором углеродное волокно (B) имеет среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
3. Нетканое полотно по п.1 или 2, в котором термопластическое полимерное волокно (A) имеет среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
4. Нетканое полотно по любому из пп.1-3, в котором термопластический полимер (C) присутствует в форме волокна.
5. Нетканое полотно по любому из пп.1-3, в котором термопластический полимер (C) присутствует в форме волокна, имеющего среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
6. Нетканое полотно по любому из пп.1-5, которое имеет разность между средней длиной волокна термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и средней длиной волокна углеродного волокна (B), составляющую 10 мм или менее.
7. Нетканое полотно по любому из пп.1-6, которое имеет при смешивании соотношение (массовое соотношение) термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и углеродного волокна (B), составляющее от 99:1 до 25:75.
8. Нетканое полотно по любому из пп.1-7, в котором термопластическое полимерное волокно (A) выбрано из сложнополиэфирного полимера, полиамидного полимера, полиолефинового полимера, полипропиленового полимера, полиэтиленового полимера, акрилового полимера, полиацетального полимера и поликарбонатного полимера.
9. Лист или пленка, получаемые горячим прессованием нетканого полотна по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Лист или пленка, получаемые горячим прессованием нетканого полотна по любому из пп.1-8 с термопластическим полимером (D).
11. Лист или пленка по п.10, в которых термопластический полимер (D) присутствует в форме термопластической полимерной пленки.
12. Многослойный лист, получаемый горячим прессованием нетканого полотна по любому из пп.1-8 со слоем текстильного материала, или многослойный лист, получаемый укладкой нетканого полотна по любому из пп.1-8 и слоя текстильного материала и введением термопластического полимера (E) на нетканое полотно в форму.
13. Многослойный лист по п.12, дополнительно включающий слой связующего материала между нетканым полотном и слоем текстильного материала.
14. Многослойный лист по п.13, в котором слой связующего материала содержит полимер на основе поливинилацеталя.
15. Многослойный лист по любому из пп.12-14, дополнительно включающий термопластический полимер (D), помимо нетканого полотна и слоя текстильного материала.
16 16. Многослойный лист по п.15, в котором термопластический полимер (D) присутствует в форме полимерной пленки.
17. Формованное изделие, получаемое формованием нетканого полотна по любому из пп.1-8, или листа или пленки по любому из пп.9-11, или многослойного листа по любому из пп.12-16 с термопластическим полимером (E) формованием со вставкой.
18. Способ получения нетканого полотна, включающий влажное формование в жидкости композиции, которая содержит термопластическое полимерное волокно (A), углеродное волокно (B) и термопластический полимер (C), имеющий температуру стеклования меньше, чем температура стеклования термопластического полимерного волокна (A); причем композиция содержит термопластический полимер (C) в количестве, составляющем от 1 до 50 мас.% по отношению к суммарному содержанию термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и термопластического полимера (C).
19. Способ получения нетканого полотна по п.18, в котором после влажного формования в жидкости осуществляется нагревание при температуре, составляющей не менее чем температура стеклования термопластического полимера (C).
20 20. Способ получения нетканого полотна по пп.18 или 19, в котором углеродное волокно (B) имеет среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
21. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-20, в котором термопластическое полимерное волокно (A) имеет среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
22. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-21, в котором термопластический полимер (C) присутствует в форме волокна.
23. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-22, в котором термопластический полимер (C) присутствует в форме волокна, имеющего среднюю длину волокна, составляющую от 1 до 15 мм.
24. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-23, в котором композиция имеет разность между средней длиной волокна термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и средней длиной волокна углеродного волокна (B), составляющую 10 мм или менее.
25. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-24, в котором композиция имеет при смешивании соотношение (массовое соотношение) термопластического полимерного волокна (A) и углеродного волокна (B), составляющее от 99:1 до 25:75.
26. Способ получения нетканого полотна по любому из пп.18-25, в котором термопластическое полимерное волокно (A) выбрано из сложнополиэфирного полимера, полиамидного полимера, полиолефинового полимера, полипропиленового полимера, полиэтиленового полимера, акрилового полимера, полиацетального полимера и поликарбонатного полимера.
