Claims (31)
1. Транспортное средство, содержащее:
пользовательский интерфейс;
первый датчик, присоединенный к детскому сиденью, для выявления состояния ремня безопасности ребенка;
селектор механизма переключения передач для выбора передачи транспортного средства; и
процессор, с возможностью обмена информацией присоединенный к первому датчику и селектору механизма переключения передач, и выполненный с возможностью побуждать пользовательский интерфейс представлять первое уведомление, если первая тревожная ситуация выявлена на основании состояния ремня безопасности ребенка и выбранной передачи.
2. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором первая тревожная ситуация выявляется, если состояние ремня безопасности ребенка указывает незастегнутый ремень безопасности, а выбранная передача является одной из переднего хода, заднего хода, нейтрали или низшей передачи.
3. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором первая тревожная ситуация выявляется, если состояние ремня безопасности ребенка указывает незастегнутый ремень безопасности, и состояние ремня безопасности ребенка указывает неправильно расположенный ремень безопасности.
4. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором пользовательский интерфейс включает в себя устройство отображения, а первое уведомление является графическим предупреждением.
5. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором пользовательский интерфейс включает в себя звуковое устройство, а первое уведомление является звуковым тревожным сигналом.
6. Транспортное средство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее второй датчик, присоединенный к детскому сиденью, для выявления состояния крепления детского сиденья, при этом процессор дополнительно выполнен с возможностью побуждать пользовательский интерфейс представлять второе уведомление, если вторая тревожная ситуация выявлена на основании состояния крепления детского сиденья и выбранной передачи.
7. Транспортное средство по п. 6, в котором второе тревожное состояние выявляется, если состояние крепления детского сиденья является отрицательным.
8. Транспортное средство по п. 6, дополнительно содержащее адаптер детского сиденья, выполненный, чтобы с возможностью обмена информацией присоединять по меньшей мере один из первого датчика и второго датчика к процессору.
9. Транспортное средство по п. 8, в котором адаптер детского сиденья выполнен с возможностью осуществлять беспроводную передачу по меньшей мере одного из состояния ремня безопасности ребенка и состояния крепления детского сиденья в процессор.
10. Транспортное средство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее выключатель зажигания, избирательно подвижный между включенным положением и выключенным положением, при этом, процессор с возможностью обмена информацией присоединен к выключателю зажигания и дополнительно выполнен с возможностью побуждать пользовательский интерфейс представлять третье уведомление, если третья тревожная ситуация выявлена на основании состояния ремня безопасности ребенка и выбранного положения зажигания.

12. Транспортное средство по п. 10, дополнительно содержащее множество систем транспортного средства, при этом, процессор дополнительно выполнен с возможностью побуждать одну или более систем транспортного средства представлять четвертое уведомление, если третье тревожное состояние не устранено в течение предопределенного периода времени.
13. Транспортное средство по п. 12, в котором множество систем транспортного средства включает в себя по меньшей мере одно из дверей транспортного средства, окон транспортного средства и звукового сигнала транспортного средства.
14. Способ обеспечения контроля детского сиденья в транспортном средстве, состоящий в том, что:
принимают положение передачи с селектора механизма переключения передач транспортного средства;
принимают состояние ремня безопасности ребенка с первого датчика, присоединенного к детскому сиденью транспортного средства; и
представляют первое уведомление с использованием пользовательского интерфейса транспортного средства, если положение передачи является положением не стоянки, а состояние ремня безопасности ребенка является незастегнутым.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором положение не стоянки включает в себя одно из положения переднего хода, положения заднего хода, нейтрального положения и положения низшей передачи.
16. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно состоящий в том, что повторяют представление первого уведомления, если положение передачи и состояние ремня безопасности ребенка не меняются в течение предопределенного периода времени.
17. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно состоящий в том, что:
принимают состояние крепления детского сиденья со второго датчика, присоединенного к детскому сиденью транспортного средства; и
представляют второе уведомление с использованием пользовательского интерфейса, если состояние крепления детского сиденья является отрицательным, а положение передачи является положением не стоянки.
18. Способ по п. 14, дополнительно состоящий в том, что:
принимают положение выключателя зажигания с датчика выключателя зажигания транспортного средства; и
представляют третье уведомление с использованием пользовательского интерфейса транспортного средства, если положение выключателя зажигания является выключенным положением, а состояние ремня безопасности ребенка является застегнутым.
19. Способ по п. 18, дополнительно состоящий в том, что представляют четвертое уведомление с использованием одной или более систем транспортного средства, если состояние ремня безопасности ребенка и положение выключателя зажигания не меняются в течение предопределенного периода времени.
20. Способ по п. 19, в котором одна или более систем транспортного средства включают в себя по меньшей мере одно из дверей транспортного средства, окон транспортного средства и звукового сигнала транспортного средства.
