Claims (25)
1. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и по меньшей мере один проходящий через него просвет;
корзинчатый электродный узел на дистальном конце корпуса катетера, причем корзинчатый электродный узел имеет проксимальный и дистальный концы, и содержит множество ребер, при этом, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет, по меньшей мере, одну область большей гибкости и по меньшей мере одну область меньшей гибкости.
2. Катетер по п. 1, в котором область большей гибкости включает экваториальную область, на по меньшей мере, одном ребре.
3. Катетер по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет измерение толщины и область большей гибкости имеет меньшую толщину.
4. Катетер по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет измерение ширины и область большей гибкости имеет меньшую ширину.
5. Катетер по п. 1, в котором область большей гибкости включает выемку.
6. Катетер по п. 5, в котором выемка расположена латерально.
7. Катетер по п. 5, в котором выемка является внутренней или внешней.
8. Катетер по п. 5, в котором выемка имеет по существу гладкий контур.
9. Катетер по п. 5, в котором выемка имеет по существу ступенчатый контур.
10. Катетер по п. 1, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро включает вторую область меньшей гибкости, и область большей гибкости находится между областями с меньшей гибкостью.
11. Катетер по п. 10, в котором область с большей гибкостью включает экваториальную область, по меньшей мере, одного ребра, и области с меньшей гибкостью включают дистальную область и проксимальную область по меньшей мере одного ребра.
12. Катетер, содержащий:
удлиненный корпус катетера, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и по меньшей мере один проходящий через него просвет;
корзинчатый электродный узел на дистальном конце корпуса катетера, причем корзинчатый электродный узел обладает проксимальным и дистальным концами, и содержит множество ребер, при этом по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет проксимальную область, дистальную область и по меньшей мере одну область между ними с большей гибкостью, обладающий меньшим сечением;
в котором узел выполнен с возможностью принятия сложенной конфигурации, расширенной конфигурации и сверхрасширенной конфигурации.
13. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна область включает экваториальную область на, по меньшей мере, одном ребре.
14. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет первую область и вторую область большей гибкости, разделенные срединной областью меньшей гибкости.
15. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет измерение толщины и по меньшей мере одна область имеет меньшую толщину.
16. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно ребро имеет измерение ширины и по меньшей мере одна область имеет меньшую ширину.
17. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна область имеет гладкий контур.
18. Катетер по п. 12, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна область имеет ступенчатый контур.
19. Катетер по п. 12, также содержащий, по меньшей мере, один упругий элемент, эластично соединяющий соседние ребра друг с другом.
20. Катетера по п. 19, в котором, по меньшей мере, один упругий элемент закреплен на экваториальных областях соседних ребер.
