(А) от 30 до 50% масс. сложного эфира (мет)акриловой кислоты и гидроксилированного гидрированного полибутадиена, причем среднечисловая молекулярная масса Mn гидроксилированного гидрированного полибутадиена согласно стандарту DIN 55672-1 составляет от 4000 до 6000 г/моль,
(B1) от 0,2 до 50% масс. метил(мет)акрилата,
(B2) от 0,2 до 50% масс. бутил(мет)акрилата,
(B3) от 0,2 до 5% масс. алкил(мет)акрилатов с 5-30 атомами углерода,
(C) от 10 до 50% масс. стирольных мономеров с 8-17 атомами углерода и
(D) от 0 до 5% масс. других способных к радикальной полимеризации сомономеров,
причем сумма массовых количеств мономеров (В1), (В2) и (В3) составляет по меньшей мере 10% масс.
2. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что мономерная композиция содержит:
в качестве мономера (В1) от 0,2 до 45% масс. метилметакрилата,
в качестве мономера (В2) от 0,2 до 45% масс. н-бутилметакрилата и/или н-бутилакрилата и
в качестве мономера (В3) от 0,2 до 5% масс. алкил(мет)акрилатов с 12-14 атомами углерода.
3. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что гидроксилированный гидрированный полибутадиен представляет собой гидрированный полибутадиеном с гидроксиэтильными или гидроксипропильными концевыми группами.
4. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сополимер характеризуется йодным числом согласно стандарту DIN 53241-1:1995-05 до 5 г йода на 100 г сополимера.
5. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что другие способные к радикальной полимеризации сомономеры выбирают из группы, включающей малеиновый ангидрид, (ди)алкилфумараты, (ди)алкилмалеинаты, аминоалкил(мет)акрилаты, аминокил(мет)-акриламиды, гидроксиалкил(мет)акрилаты, карбонилсодержащие(мет)акрилаты, гетероциклические(мет)акрилаты, гетероциклические виниловые соединения и смеси указанных веществ.
6. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сополимер характеризуется молярной степенью разветвления от 1,0 до 3,1% мол.
7. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание ароматических атомов углерода в базовом масле не превышает 2%.
8. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что базовое масло относится к группе III масел согласно классификации Американского нефтяного института.
9. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 60 до 99,9% масс. компонента (i) в пересчете на общую массу состава трансмиссионного масла.
10. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 0,1 до 40% масс. компонента (ii) в пересчете на общую массу состава трансмиссионного масла.
11. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит в качестве компонента (iii) второй полимер, выбранный из группы, включающей гидрированные полибутадиены, гидроксилированные гидрированные полибутадиены, сложные эфиры гидроксилированных гидрированных полибутадиенов и (мет)акриловой кислоты, полиалкил(мет)акрилаты и смеси указанных полимеров.
12. Состав трансмиссионного масла по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что он содержит от 0 до 3% масс. компонента (iii) в пересчете на общую массу состава трансмиссионного масла.
13. Состав трансмиссионного масла по одному из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит в качестве компонента (iv) другие добавки, выбранные из группы, включающей диспергаторы, антивспениватели, моющие присадки, антиоксиданты, противоизносные присадки, противозадирные присадки, модификаторы трения, антикоррозионные присадки, красители и смеси указанных добавок.
14. Применение состава трансмиссионного масла по одному из пп. 1-13 в качестве трансмиссионного масла для уменьшения расхода топлива при эксплуатации автомобилей.
15. Применение по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что состав трансмиссионного масла используют в качестве трансмиссионного масла для автоматической коробки передач.
