Claims (22)

1. Асфальтовая композиция, содержащая:
сшитый продукт, полученный ионным сшиванием олигомера твердой марки и полимера с применением ионного сшивающего агента.
2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер является производным 4-80 мас.% стирола, 4-80 мас.% бутадиена и 8-25 мас.% олигомера твердой марки.
3. Композиция по п. 2, в которой полимер является производным 25-59 мас.% стирола, 25-59 мас.% бутадиена и 8-25 мас.% олигомера твердой марки.
4. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер является производным гидрофобного мономера, и гидрофобный мономер состоит из бутадиена.
5. Композиция по п. 1, в которой полимер является производным газофазного мономера, выбираемого из этилена, пропилена, изобутилена, винилхлорида, винилиденхлорида или их смеси.
6. Композиция по п. 5, в которой полимер является производным этилена и 81 мас.% или менее винилацетата.
7. Композиция по п. 6, в которой полимер является производным 16%-41 мас.% этилена, 41-67 мас.% винилацетата и 8-25 мас.% олигомера твердой марки.
8. Композиция по любому одному из пп. 1-7, в которой сшитый продукт не содержит серу.
9. Асфальтовая композиция по любому одному из пп. 1-7, в которой верхний температурный предел по SHRP (программе стратегических исследований в области автомобильных дорог) составляет 76°С или выше.
10. Асфальтовая композиция по п. 8, в которой верхний температурный предел по SHRP составляет 76°С или выше.
11. Способ получения асфальтовой композиции по любому из пп. 1-10, включающий:
обеспечение сшитого продукта;
смешение сшитого продукта с асфальтом при температуре, равной 160°С или менее.
12. Способ получения асфальтовой композиции, включающий:
сшивание олигомера твердой марки и полимера с применением ионного сшивающего агента с образованием сшитого продукта; и
смешение сшитого продукта с асфальтом при температуре, равной 160°С или менее, с получением асфальтовой композиции.
13. Способ по п. 12, дополнительно включающий в себя стадию взаимодействия олигомера твердой марки с полимером до стадии сшивания.
14. Способ по п. 12, в котором стадия сшивания протекает при температуре окружающей среды.
15. Способ по пп. 12-14, в котором стадия смешения включает в себя смешение сшитого продукта с асфальтом при температуре, равной 120°С или менее, с получением асфальтовой композиции.
16. Способ по любому одному из пп. 12-14, в котором асфальтовую композицию получают без применения сшивающих агентов на основе серы.
17. Способ по п. 15, в котором асфальтовую композицию получают без применения сшивающих агентов на основе серы.
