Abstract
1. Композиция покрытия, содержащая:полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата, имеющий среднюю молекулярную массу не менее 50000 грамм на моль;мономер, содержащий по крайней мере одно из веществ: алкилен-диакрилат, алкилен-диметакрилат, циклоалкилен-диакрилат или циклоалкилен-диметилакрилат, в котором по меньшей мере одно из веществ (алкилен-диакрилат, алкилен-диметакрилат, циклоалкилен-диакрилат или циклоалкилен-диметилакрилат) составляет не менее 80 процентов по массе мономера; истабилизатор ультрафиолетового излучения, причем стабилизатор содержит как минимум один УФ абсорбер или связанный аминовый светостабилизатор.2. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата имеет среднюю молекулярную массу не менее 75000 грамм на моль, 100 грамм на моль или 120 грамм на моль.3. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где мономерный алкилендиакрилат или мономерный алкилендиметилакрилат содержит как минимум 1,6-гексанэдиолдиакриат, 1,6-гексанэдиолдимет
Claims (25)
1. Композиция покрытия, содержащая:
полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата, имеющий среднюю молекулярную массу не менее 50000 грамм на моль;
мономер, содержащий по крайней мере одно из веществ: алкилен-диакрилат, алкилен-диметакрилат, циклоалкилен-диакрилат или циклоалкилен-диметилакрилат, в котором по меньшей мере одно из веществ (алкилен-диакрилат, алкилен-диметакрилат, циклоалкилен-диакрилат или циклоалкилен-диметилакрилат) составляет не менее 80 процентов по массе мономера; и
стабилизатор ультрафиолетового излучения, причем стабилизатор содержит как минимум один УФ абсорбер или связанный аминовый светостабилизатор.
2. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата имеет среднюю молекулярную массу не менее 75000 грамм на моль, 100 грамм на моль или 120 грамм на моль.
3. Композиция покрытия по п. 1 или 2, где полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата представляет собой полиметилметакрилат или сополимер метилметакрилата и, по крайней мере, одно из следующих веществ: С2-С8 алкил-акрилат или -метакрилат или С3-C8 циклоалкилакрилат или -метакрилат.
4. Композиция покрытия по п. 3, где полимер или сополимер полиметилметакрилата представляет собой сополимер метилметакрилата и, по крайней мере, одно из следующих веществ: этилакрилат, этилметакрилат, бутилакрилат или бутилметакрилат.
5. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где мономер содержит по крайней мере, одно из следующих веществ: С2-10 алкилендиакрилат, С2-10 алкилендиметакрилат, С4-6 циклоалкилендиакрилат, или С4-6 циклоалкилендиметакрилат.
6. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где мономерный алкилендиакрилат или мономерный алкилендиметилакрилат содержит как минимум 1,6-гексанэдиолдиакриат, 1,6-гексанэдиолдиметакрилат, или неоптенил гликоль диметакрилат.
7. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, дополнительно включающая в себя кремнийсодержащий акриловый сополимер.
8. Композиция покрытия по одному из пп. 1 и 6, дополнительно включающая в себя кремнийсодержащий акриловый мономер.
9. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая частицы диоксида кремния со средним размером частицы до 500 нанометров.
10. Композиция покрытия по п. 9, где поверхность частиц диоксида кремния модифицирована полиметилметакрилатом.
11. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где соотношение мономера, содержащего по меньшей мере одно из веществ: алкилен-диакрилат, алкилен-диметакрилат, циклоалкилен-диакрилат или циклоалкилен-диметилакрилат к полимеру или сополимеру полиметилметакрилата составляет от 0,75:1 до 10:1.
12. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая как минимум один органический растворитель или фотосенсибилизатор.
13. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где стабилизатор против ультрафиолетового излучения содержит как минимум одно из следующих веществ: бензотриазол, бензофенон, триазин, или связанный аминовый светостабилизатор.
14. Изделие, содержащее полимерную подложку и первое покрытие поверхности полимерной подложки, где первое покрытие получается полимеризацией композиции покрытия по любому из пп. 1 и 13.
15. Изделие по п. 14, где полимерная подложка представляет собой термопластик, содержащий, по крайней мере, один из следующих компонентов: акриловый, полиэфирный, поликарбонатный или смесь поливинилиденового фтористого соединения и полиметилметакрилата.
16. Изделие по п. 15, где подложка содержит полиэтилен-терефталат.
17. Изделие по п. 14, где поверхность подложки загрунтована.
18. Изделие по п. 17, где поверхность подложки обработана электрическим коронным разрядом в атмосфере азота.
19. Изделие по п. 14, где подложка представляет собой акриловую зеркальную пленку, многослойную оптическую пленку, объектив, световозвращающий лист, или пленку с перфорацией.
20. Изделие по п. 19, где подложка представляет собой многослойную оптическую пленку.
21. Изделие по п. 14, где полимерная подложка включает в себя полиметилметакрилат, и где поверхность подложки обработана электрическим коронным разрядом в атмосфере азота.
22. Изделие по п. 14, дополнительно содержащее второе покрытие, нанесенное на первое покрытие, где второе покрытие содержит частицы диоксида кремния со средним размером частицы до 500 нанометров.
23. Изделие по п. 14, где толщина первого покрытия равна как минимум 8 микрометрам.
24. Изделие по п. 14, где первое покрытие проницаемо для видимой и инфракрасной части спектра.
25. Изделие по п. 14, где изделие находится под воздействием солнечного света.
