Abstract
1. Углеродноволокнистая основа, содержащая слой непрерывных углеродных волокон, формованный из непрерывных углеродных волокон, и холст из коротких углеродных волокон, в котором короткие углеродные волокна, имеющие среднюю длину волокна 2-12 мм, диспергированы в форме монофиламентов, причем холст из коротких углеродных волокон предусмотрен на одной или обеих поверхностях слоя непрерывных углеродных волокон.2. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой холст из коротких углеродных волокон имеет свойство пружинить обратно.3. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой холст из коротких углеродных волокон имеет массу на единицу площади 1-10 г/м.4. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой короткие углеродные волокна в холсте из коротких углеродных волокон имеют средний диаметр волокна 1-20 мкм.5. Препрег, формованный пропиткой части или всей углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 матричной смолой.6. Препрег по п. 5, в котором холст из коротких углеродных волокон в формованном продукте, полученном формованием препрега под давлением с нагреванием, имеет толщину 60 мкм или менее.7. Препрег по п. 5, в котором матричной смолой является эпоксидная смола.8. Ламинат углеродноволокнистых основ, формованный ламинированием углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 в два или более слоев в направлении толщины.9. Ламинат препрегов, формованный ламинированием препрега по п. 5 в два или более слоев в направлении толщины.10. Композитный материал, армированный углеродным волокном, формованный объединением в одно целое углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 с матричной смолой.11. Claims (11)
1. Углеродноволокнистая основа, содержащая слой непрерывных углеродных волокон, формованный из непрерывных углеродных волокон, и холст из коротких углеродных волокон, в котором короткие углеродные волокна, имеющие среднюю длину волокна 2-12 мм, диспергированы в форме монофиламентов, причем холст из коротких углеродных волокон предусмотрен на одной или обеих поверхностях слоя непрерывных углеродных волокон.
2. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой холст из коротких углеродных волокон имеет свойство пружинить обратно.
3. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой холст из коротких углеродных волокон имеет массу на единицу площади 1-10 г/м2.
4. Углеродноволокнистая основа по п. 1, в которой короткие углеродные волокна в холсте из коротких углеродных волокон имеют средний диаметр волокна 1-20 мкм.
5. Препрег, формованный пропиткой части или всей углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 матричной смолой.
6. Препрег по п. 5, в котором холст из коротких углеродных волокон в формованном продукте, полученном формованием препрега под давлением с нагреванием, имеет толщину 60 мкм или менее.
7. Препрег по п. 5, в котором матричной смолой является эпоксидная смола.
8. Ламинат углеродноволокнистых основ, формованный ламинированием углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 в два или более слоев в направлении толщины.
9. Ламинат препрегов, формованный ламинированием препрега по п. 5 в два или более слоев в направлении толщины.
10. Композитный материал, армированный углеродным волокном, формованный объединением в одно целое углеродноволокнистой основы по любому из пп. 1-4 с матричной смолой.
11. Композитный материал, армированный углеродным волокном, формованный объединением в одно целое ламината углеродноволокнистых основ по п. 8 с матричной смолой.
