Abstract
Способ стимуляции эритропоэза у эмбрионов кур в процессе инкубации яиц путем профилактики стрессовых воздействий, восполнение дефицита микроэлементов и аминокислот, повышения интенсивности вывода при высокой жизнеспособности молодняка в течение длительного периода постэмбрионального развития, осуществляется за счет того, что бработку яиц проводят двукратно, а именно, перед закладкой в инкубатор из пульверизатора наносят водный раствор «Хелавита» и аскорбиновой кислоты в концентрациях 0,1% и 0,01%, соответственно, и перед переводом в выводные шкафы наносят водный раствор «Хелавита» и аскорбиновой кислоты в концентрациях 3% и 0,3%, соответственно.A method of stimulating erythropoiesis in chicken embryos during the incubation of eggs by preventing stressful effects, replenishing the deficiency of trace elements and amino acids, increasing the output intensity with high viability of young animals for a long period of postembryonic development, is carried out due to the fact that the eggs are processed twice, namely, before an aqueous solution of “Helavita” and ascorbic acid in concentrations of 0.1% and 0.01%, respectively, is applied to the incubator by spraying into the incubator, and before being transferred to odnye cabinets applied aqueous "Helavita" and ascorbic acid at concentrations of 3% and 0.3%, respectively.
