Abstract
Способ стимуляции эмбрионального развития птицы путем обработки инкубационных яиц растворами янтарной кислоты и глицина, отличающийся тем, что растворы применяют двукратно в период эмбрионального развития, по схеме: за 3-4 ч до инкубации пульверизатором наносят 0,1%-ный водный раствор комплекса препаратов (янтарная кислота+глицин), а при переводе на вывод (на 19-е сутки инкубации) наносят 0,5%-ный раствор янтарной кислоты, из расчета 2,5-2,7 мл на 120-150 яиц при температуре раствора 20-22°С.A method of stimulating the embryonic development of poultry by treating hatching eggs with solutions of succinic acid and glycine, characterized in that the solutions are used twice during the period of embryonic development, according to the scheme: 3-4% before incubation with a spray, apply a 0.1% aqueous solution of the complex of drugs ( succinic acid + glycine), and when transferred to the conclusion (on the 19th day of incubation), a 0.5% solution of succinic acid is applied, at the rate of 2.5-2.7 ml per 120-150 eggs at a solution temperature of 20- 22 ° C.
