Abstract
1. Способ получения оксихлоридов алюминия, включающий обработку водным раствором соляной кислоты при нагреве термохимически активированного гидроксида алюминия, отличающийся тем, что термохимически активированный гидроксид алюминия подвергают гидратации раствором кислоты с кислородсодержащим анионом: азотной, серной, муравьиной, уксусной, щавелевой, с кислотным модулем 0,01-0,50 при температуре 50-95°С, осадок после гидратации отделяют и добавляют к нему раствор соляной кислоты, поддерживая pН от 4 до 6 и температуру 50-98°С до получения солей оксихлоридов алюминия и выделения их в виде растворов или твердых веществ.2. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что гидратацию проводят азотной кислотой с кислотным модулем 0,01-0,30.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что после растворения осадка в соляной кислоте реакционную массу подают на центрифугу или фильтр, полученный раствор упаривают и сушат.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что осадок после гидратации дополнительно промывают водой.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что гидратацию проводят от 30 мин до 3 ч.6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что гидратацию проводят при отношении массы твердого вещества к жидкости от 1:3 до 1:107. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что реакционную массу для ускорения взаимодействия с соляной кислотой прокачивают через роторно-диспергирующий аппарат.1.
