Abstract
1. Система для создания интрамедуллярного пути, включающая:тело, имеющее такие размеры и форму, чтобы входить в резецированное костное пространство, и имеющее первое отверстие, которое проходит через упомянутое тело, причем это первое отверстие имеет такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходил хирургический инструмент; ипервую конструкцию захвата кости, проходящую от упомянутого тела в первом направлении, причем первая конструкция захвата кости включает первую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности первой кости,отличающаяся тем, что, когда первая поверхность конструкции захвата кости войдет в зацепление с топографией поверхности первой кости, которой соответствует первая поверхность, ось первого отверстия будет лежать по существу на одной линии с механической осью первой кости.2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первой костью является большеберцовая кость.3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вторая конструкция захвата кости проходит от упомянутого тела в направлении, которое по существу противоположно первому направлению, причем вторая конструкция захвата кости включает вторую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности второй кости.4. Система по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что второй костью является таранная кость.5. Система по п.1, кроме того включающая:направляющую для сверления, имеющую такой размер и форму, чтобы входить в первое отверстие, выполненное в упомянутом теле, причем направляющая для сверления имеет второе отверстие, имеющее такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходил хирургический инструмент.6. Claims (22)
1. Система для создания интрамедуллярного пути, включающая:
тело, имеющее такие размеры и форму, чтобы входить в резецированное костное пространство, и имеющее первое отверстие, которое проходит через упомянутое тело, причем это первое отверстие имеет такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходил хирургический инструмент; и
первую конструкцию захвата кости, проходящую от упомянутого тела в первом направлении, причем первая конструкция захвата кости включает первую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности первой кости,
отличающаяся тем, что, когда первая поверхность конструкции захвата кости войдет в зацепление с топографией поверхности первой кости, которой соответствует первая поверхность, ось первого отверстия будет лежать по существу на одной линии с механической осью первой кости.
2. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что первой костью является большеберцовая кость.
3. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вторая конструкция захвата кости проходит от упомянутого тела в направлении, которое по существу противоположно первому направлению, причем вторая конструкция захвата кости включает вторую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности второй кости.
4. Система по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что второй костью является таранная кость.
5. Система по п.1, кроме того включающая:
направляющую для сверления, имеющую такой размер и форму, чтобы входить в первое отверстие, выполненное в упомянутом теле, причем направляющая для сверления имеет второе отверстие, имеющее такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходил хирургический инструмент.
6. Система по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что первое отверстие включает часть с уменьшенным диаметром, и наружная поверхность направляющей для сверления включает первую часть, имеющую меньшую площадь поперечного сечения чем вторая часть и имеющую такой размер и форму, чтобы входить в часть меньшего диаметра первого отверстия.
7. Система по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность направляющей для сверления включает плоскую поверхность, которая соответствует препятствующему повороту элементу, расположенному в первом отверстии.
8. Система по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что второе отверстие сходит на конус по меньшей мере на части его длины.
9. Система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое тело имеет по меньшей мере одно отверстие для соединения тела с соединительным стержнем, причем соединительный стержень выполнен так, чтобы входить в зацепление с парой стержней для выравнивания, отходящих от держателя стопы.
10. Система для создания интрамедуллярного пути, включающая:
держатель направляющей для сверления, включающий тело, имеющее такие размеры и форму, чтобы входить в резецированное костное пространство, причем упомянутое тело имеет первое отверстие, которое проходит через упомянутое тело, первую конструкцию захвата кости, отходящую от тела в первом направлении и включающую первую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности первой кости; и
направляющую для сверления, имеющую такой размер и форму, чтобы входить в первое отверстие, выполненное в теле держателя направляющей для сверления, причем направляющая для сверления имеет второе отверстие, имеющее такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходил хирургический инструмент,
отличающаяся тем, что, когда первая поверхность конструкции захвата кости войдет в зацепление с топографией поверхности первой кости, которой соответствует первая поверхность, ось первого отверстия будет лежать по существу на одной линии с механической осью первой кости.
11. Система по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что вторая конструкция захвата кости проходит от тела держателя направляющей для сверления в направлении, которое по существу противоположно первому направлению, причем вторая конструкция захвата кости включает вторую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности второй кости.
12. Система по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что первая и вторая конструкции захвата кости каждая включает по меньшей мере одно отверстие, имеющее такой размер и форму, чтобы через него проходила k-проволока.
13. Система по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что первое отверстие включает часть с уменьшенным диаметром, и наружная поверхность направляющей для сверления включает первую часть, имеющую меньшую площадь поперечного сечения чем вторая часть и имеющую такой размер и форму, чтобы входить в часть меньшего диаметра первого отверстия.
14. Система по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что наружная поверхность направляющей для сверления включает плоскую поверхность, которая соответствует препятствующему повороту элементу, расположенному в первом отверстии.
15. Система по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что второе отверстие сходит на конус по меньшей мере на части его длины.
16. Система по п.10, кроме того включающая соединительный стержень, имеющий такой размер и форму, чтобы захватывать пару стержней для выравнивания, отходящих от держателя стопы, причем соединительный стержень имеет такую форму, чтобы его можно было соединить с телом держателя направляющей для сверления для поддержания положения держателя направляющей для сверления относительно держателя стопы.
17. Способ, включающий:
введение направляющей для сверления в отверстие, выполненное в держателе направляющей для сверления, причем держатель направляющей для сверления включает первую конструкцию захвата кости, проходящую от тела держателя направляющей для сверления в первом направлении и имеющую первую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности первой кости;
введение держателя направляющей для сверления и направляющей для сверления, расположенной в первом отверстии держателя направляющей для сверления, в резецированное костное пространство так, чтобы первая поверхность конструкции захвата кости вошла в соответствующее зацепление с первой костью; и
проведение хирургического инструмента через второе отверстие, выполненное в направляющей для сверления, чтобы создать интрамедуллярный канал в первой кости, который лежит по существу на одной линии с механической осью первой кости.
18. Способ по п.17, отличающийся тем, что держатель направляющей для сверления включает вторую конструкцию захвата кости, которая проходит от тела держателя направляющей для сверления в направлении, которое по существу противоположно первому направлению, причем вторая конструкция захвата кости включает вторую поверхность, которая соответствует топографии поверхности второй кости.
19. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что, когда первая поверхность конструкции захвата кости соответственно входит в зацепление с первой костью, вторая поверхность соответственно входит в зацепление с второй костью.
20. Способ по п.17, кроме того включающий:
введение первой k-проволоки через первое отверстие, выполненное в первой конструкции захвата кости, и в первую кость; и
введение второй k-проволоки через второе отверстие, выполненное во второй конструкции захвата кости, и во вторую кость.
21. Способ по п.17, кроме того включающий:
соединение держателя направляющей для сверления с соединительным стержнем;
и
прикрепление соединительного стержня к паре стержней для выравнивания, отходящих от узла для хирургической фиксации.
22. Способ по п.21, отличающийся тем, что узлом для хирургической фиксации является комплект держателя стопы, первой костью является большеберцовая кость и второй костью является таранная кость.
