Abstract
1. Катетер для размещения в сосуде, содержащий:ручку управления;удлиненный проксимальный участок, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы, причем проксимальный конец соединен с ручкой управления;устройство дистального наконечника, имеющее проксимальный и дистальный концы; икожух, имеющий проксимальную концевую часть, содержащую первый материал, дистальную концевую часть, содержащую второй материал, и часть корпуса, проходящую между проксимальной и дистальной концевыми частями и содержащую третий материал,причем первый и второй материалы отличны от третьего материала, проксимальная концевая часть соединена с дистальным концом удлиненного проксимального участка, дистальная концевая часть соединена с проксимальным концом устройства дистального наконечника,а кожух имеет стенку полости с внутренней поверхностью, образующей полость, причем стенка полости имеет по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие; ипередатчик, установленный по меньшей мере частично внутри полости кожуха.2. Катетер по п.1, в котором внешняя поверхность кожуха имеет по меньшей мере одно ребро.3. Катетер по п.1, в котором передатчик размещен на расстоянии от стенки полости для образования зазора между передатчиком и стенкой полости.4. Катетер по п.1, в котором передатчик выполнен с возможностью получения изображения сосуда охватом в 360° через стенку полости кожуха и по меньшей мере через указанное по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие кожуха, причем радиальный угол окружности кожуха, отображаемый передатчиком по меньшей мере через одно щелевое отверстие в стенке полости кожуха, составляет от 60 до 180°.5. Claims (15)
1. Катетер для размещения в сосуде, содержащий:
ручку управления;
удлиненный проксимальный участок, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы, причем проксимальный конец соединен с ручкой управления;
устройство дистального наконечника, имеющее проксимальный и дистальный концы; и
кожух, имеющий проксимальную концевую часть, содержащую первый материал, дистальную концевую часть, содержащую второй материал, и часть корпуса, проходящую между проксимальной и дистальной концевыми частями и содержащую третий материал,
причем первый и второй материалы отличны от третьего материала, проксимальная концевая часть соединена с дистальным концом удлиненного проксимального участка, дистальная концевая часть соединена с проксимальным концом устройства дистального наконечника,
а кожух имеет стенку полости с внутренней поверхностью, образующей полость, причем стенка полости имеет по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие; и
передатчик, установленный по меньшей мере частично внутри полости кожуха.
2. Катетер по п.1, в котором внешняя поверхность кожуха имеет по меньшей мере одно ребро.
3. Катетер по п.1, в котором передатчик размещен на расстоянии от стенки полости для образования зазора между передатчиком и стенкой полости.
4. Катетер по п.1, в котором передатчик выполнен с возможностью получения изображения сосуда охватом в 360° через стенку полости кожуха и по меньшей мере через указанное по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие кожуха, причем радиальный угол окружности кожуха, отображаемый передатчиком по меньшей мере через одно щелевое отверстие в стенке полости кожуха, составляет от 60 до 180°.
5. Катетер по п.1, в котором первый материал содержит нержавеющую сталь, второй материал содержит вольфрам, а третий материал содержит акрилонитрилбутадиенстирол (АБС).
6. Катетер по п.1, дополнительно содержащий:
первый трубчатый элемент, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и стенку, образующую полость, причем по меньшей мере часть первого трубчатого элемента размещена внутри полости кожуха и соединена с проксимальной концевой частью кожуха.
7. Катетер по п.6, в котором проксимальная часть первого трубчатого элемента отходит от проксимального конца кожуха в проксимальном направлении внутри полости в удлиненном проксимальном участке таким образом, что проксимальный конец первого трубчатого элемента расположен проксимально относительно дистального конца удлиненного проксимального участка.
8. Катетер по п.6, дополнительно содержащий:
второй трубчатый элемент, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и стенку, образующую полость, причем по меньшей мере часть второго трубчатого элемента размещена внутри полости первого трубчатого элемента,
и расстояние между внешней поверхностью стенки второго трубчатого элемента и внутренней поверхностью стенки первого трубчатого элемента задает зазор между первым и вторым трубчатыми элементами; и
причем передатчик дополнительно содержит провода, отходящие в проксимальном направлении к ручке управления и расположенные таким образом, чтобы проходить через зазор между первым и вторым трубчатыми элементами.
9. Катетер по п.8, в котором дистальный конец второго трубчатого элемента расположен между дистальным и проксимальным концами первого трубчатого элемента, а проксимальный конец второго трубчатого элемента расположен проксимально относительно проксимального конца первого трубчатого элемента,
10. Способ изготовления катетера, имеющего удлиненный корпус, содержащий проксимальный участок, дистальный участок и кожух передатчика, включающий в себя следующие этапы:
выполнение проксимальной концевой части кожуха из первого материала; выполнение дистальной концевой части кожуха из второго материала;
выполнение корпусной части кожуха, проходящей между проксимальной и дистальной концевыми частями, из третьего материала, причем первый и второй материалы отличны от третьего материала, кожух имеет стенку полости с внутренней поверхностью, образующей полость, а стенка полости имеет по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие;
установку по меньшей мере части передатчика внутри полости кожуха и
соединение проксимальной концевой части кожуха с дистальным концом удлиненного проксимального участка и соединение дистальной концевой части кожуха с проксимальным концом дистального участка.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором выполнение корпусной части включает литье под давлением третьего материала поверх первого и второго материалов.
12. Способ изготовления катетера, имеющего ручку управления и удлиненный корпус, содержащий проксимальный участок, дистальный участок и кожух передатчика, включающий в себя следующие этапы:

13. Катетер, содержащий:
трубчатый корпус, имеющий внутреннюю стенку полости, образующую полость;
передатчик, установленный внутри полости и на расстоянии от стенки полости с образованием зазора между передатчиком и стенкой полости; и
гидрофильный материал, перекрывающий зазор между передатчиком и стенкой полости.
14. Гибкий катетер, содержащий:
трубчатый корпус, имеющий продольную ось и внутреннюю стенку полости, образующую полость; и
жесткий передатчик, имеющий корпус наружного размера установленный внутри полости и на расстоянии от стенки полости таким образом, что между наружным размером корпуса передатчика и стенкой полости образован зазор,
причем расстояние между передатчиком и стенкой полости задает ширину зазора,
а передатчик расположен таким образом, что при сгибании катетера в направлении, поперечном продольной оси, ширина зазора меняется.
15. Катетер для размещения в сосуде, содержащий:
ручку управления;
удлиненный проксимальный участок, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы, причем проксимальный конец соединен с ручкой управления;
устройство дистального наконечника, имеющее проксимальный и дистальный концы; и
кожух, имеющий проксимальную концевую часть, дистальную концевую часть и часть корпуса, проходящую между проксимальной и дистальной концевыми частями, причем проксимальная концевая часть соединена с дистальным концом удлиненного проксимального участка, дистальная концевая часть соединена с проксимальным концом устройство дистального наконечника, а кожух имеет по меньшей мере одно щелевое отверстие;
первый трубчатый элемент, имеющий проксимальный и дистальный концы и стенку, образующую полость, причем по меньшей мере часть первого трубчатого элемента размещена внутри полости кожуха и соединена с проксимальной концевой частью кожуха; и
передатчик, установленный по меньшей мере частично внутри полости кожуха, причем по меньшей мере часть передатчика расположена внутри полости первого трубчатого элемента, передатчик снабжен средствами визуализации сосуда по меньшей мере через одно щелевое отверстие кожуха и содержит провода, проходящие в проксимальном направлении к ручке управления.
