Abstract
1. Способ переключения передачи трансмиссии, включающий в себя этап, на котором:присоединяют двигатель к трансмиссии в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.2. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель не присоединяют к трансмиссии до запроса на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии, причем трансмиссия расположена в движущемся транспортном средстве и на передней передаче привода, транспортное средство продолжает перемещаться, при этом трансмиссию подвергают включению повышающей передачи на более высокую передачу.3. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии посредством муфты расцепления привода на ведущие колеса, расположенной в приводе на ведущие колеса между двигателем и гидротрансформатором.4. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии во время инерционной фазы включения повышающей передачи.5. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии после инициирования отпускания выбегающей муфты при включении повышающей передачи.6. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий в себя этап, на котором запускают двигатель при достижении скоростью вращения двигателя пороговой скорости вращения.7. Способ по п.1, в котором трансмиссия является автоматической трансмиссией, при этом входной крутящий момент для автоматической трансмиссии уменьшают при включении повышающей передачи.8. Способ переключения передачи трансмиссии, включающий в себя этап, на котором:уменьшают входной крутящий момент для трансмиссии в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии посредством избирательного присоединения двигателя к входному валу трансмиссии,
Claims (20)
1. Способ переключения передачи трансмиссии, включающий в себя этап, на котором:
присоединяют двигатель к трансмиссии в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель не присоединяют к трансмиссии до запроса на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии, причем трансмиссия расположена в движущемся транспортном средстве и на передней передаче привода, транспортное средство продолжает перемещаться, при этом трансмиссию подвергают включению повышающей передачи на более высокую передачу.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии посредством муфты расцепления привода на ведущие колеса, расположенной в приводе на ведущие колеса между двигателем и гидротрансформатором.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии во время инерционной фазы включения повышающей передачи.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии после инициирования отпускания выбегающей муфты при включении повышающей передачи.
6. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий в себя этап, на котором запускают двигатель при достижении скоростью вращения двигателя пороговой скорости вращения.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором трансмиссия является автоматической трансмиссией, при этом входной крутящий момент для автоматической трансмиссии уменьшают при включении повышающей передачи.
8. Способ переключения передачи трансмиссии, включающий в себя этап, на котором:
уменьшают входной крутящий момент для трансмиссии в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии посредством избирательного присоединения двигателя к входному валу трансмиссии, причем двигатель не присоединен к трансмиссии до запроса на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором двигатель присоединяют к трансмиссии через муфту расцепления привода на ведущие колеса.
10. Способ по п.8, дополнительно содержащий гидротрансформатор в приводе на ведущие колеса, расположенный между двигателем и трансмиссией.
11. Способ по п.8, дополнительно включающий в себя этап, на котором увеличивают или уменьшают крутящий момент встроенного в привод на ведущие колеса стартера/генератора при включении повышающей передачи.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором крутящий момент из встроенного в привод на ведущие колеса стартера/генератора повышают, чтобы удерживать скорость вращения насосного колеса гидротрансформатора больше пороговой скорости вращения.
13. Способ по п.8, в котором вращение двигателя останавливают до запроса на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.
14. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом, содержащая:
двигатель;
маховик двойной массы, содержащий первую сторону, механически присоединенную к двигателю;
муфту расцепления привода на ведущие колеса, содержащую первую сторону, механически присоединенную ко второй стороне маховика двойной массы;
встроенный в привод на ведущие колеса стартер/генератор (DISG), содержащий первую сторону, присоединенную ко второй стороне муфты расцепления привода на ведущие колеса, и вторую сторону;
трансмиссию, присоединенную к DISG; и
контроллер, содержащий постоянные команды, исполняемые для инициирования запроса на переключение трансмиссии и присоединения двигателя к трансмиссии в ответ на запрос на переключение трансмиссии.
15. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.14, дополнительно содержащая гидротрансформатор, расположенный в приводе на ведущие колеса между трансмиссией и DISG.
16. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.14, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные команды для запуска двигателя.
17. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.16, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные команды для присоединения двигателя к трансмиссии посредством муфты расцепления привода на ведущие колеса.
18. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.14, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные команды для увеличения крутящего момента DISG в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.
19. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.14, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные команды для уменьшения крутящего момента DISG в ответ на запрос на включение повышающей передачи трансмиссии.
20. Система транспортного средства с гибридным приводом по п.14, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные команды для разгона двигателя до требуемой скорости проворачивания коленчатого вала.
