Abstract
Машина для подсева трав и внесения удобрений на горных склонах, содержащая раму, опорные колеса, технологическую емкость, два центробежных диска с лопатками, туконаправитель и дозирующую заслонку, отличающаяся тем, что один из центробежных дисков закреплен на валу гидромотора, угол наклона которого выбирается в зависимости от крутизны склона при повороте относительно оси под действием тяги и шарнирно взаимосвязанных с ним рычага и штока гидроцилиндра, ход последнего зависит от изменения давления в гидросистеме при перемещении штока золотникового гидрораспределителя из-за перекатывания, закрепленного на его конце ролика по прямолинейному кулачку ползуна, перемещающегося, в свою очередь, по горизонтали из-за перекатывания, закрепленного на его конце ролика по прямолинейному кулачку толкателя, на одном конце которого шарнирно закреплено копирующее колесо, имеющее постоянный контакт с поверхностью почвы за счет сил упругости пружины.A machine for sowing grass and fertilizing on mountain slopes, comprising a frame, support wheels, a technological tank, two centrifugal disks with vanes, a needle guide and a metering flap, characterized in that one of the centrifugal disks is mounted on the motor shaft, the angle of which is selected depending from the steepness of the slope when turning about an axis under the action of traction and the lever and rod of the hydraulic cylinder pivotally interconnected with it, the course of the latter depends on the change in pressure in the hydraulic system when the rod moves due to rolling, fixed on its end of the roller along a straight cam of a slider moving, in turn, horizontally due to rolling, fixed on its end of a roller on a straight cam of a pusher, at one end of which a copy wheel is articulated constant contact with the soil surface due to spring elastic forces.
