Abstract

1. Смазочная композиция содержащая;(A) ионную жидкость, имеющую анион, представленный формулой 1 или формулой 2:(Rf1-SO)(Rf2-SO)N(формула 1)(Rf3)(Rf3)(Rf3)PF (формула 2),где Rf1 и Rf2 в формуле 1 могут быть одинаковыми или различными, и каждый из них представляет собой F, CF, CF, CFили CF, и Rf3 в формуле 2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными и представляют собой CF, CF, CFили CF, и(B) соль жирной кислоты и амина в количестве от 0,1 до 5,0 мас.%.2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой у ионной жидкости температура плавления составляет -20°C или менее.3. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой анион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют бис(перфторалкилсульфонил)имид, (трифторметилсульфонил)(гептафторпропилсульфонил)имид и трис(перфторалкил)трифторфосфат.4. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой анион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют бис(трифторметилсульфонил)имид, (трифторметилсульфонил)(гептафторпропилсульфонил)имид, и трис(пентафторэтил)трифторфосфат.5. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой катион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют имидазолий, пиридиний, пиразолий, пиперидиний, пирролидиний, морфолин, пиррол, фосфоний, четвертичные аммонийные соли, сульфоний и изооксазолий.6. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой катион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют этилметилимидазолий, гексилметилимидазолий, метилоктилимидазолий, бутилдиметилимидазолий; бутил-4-метилпиридиний; метоксиэтил-метилп�

Claims (7)

1. Смазочная композиция содержащая;
(A) ионную жидкость, имеющую анион, представленный формулой 1 или формулой 2:
(Rf1-SO2)(Rf2-SO2)N- (формула 1)
(Rf3)(Rf3)(Rf3)PF3- (формула 2),
где Rf1 и Rf2 в формуле 1 могут быть одинаковыми или различными, и каждый из них представляет собой F, CF3, C2F5, C3F7 или C4F9, и Rf3 в формуле 2 могут быть одинаковыми или различными и представляют собой CF3, C2F5, C3F7 или C4F9, и
(B) соль жирной кислоты и амина в количестве от 0,1 до 5,0 мас.%.
2. Смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой у ионной жидкости температура плавления составляет -20°C или менее.
3. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой анион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют бис(перфторалкилсульфонил)имид, (трифторметилсульфонил)(гептафторпропилсульфонил)имид и трис(перфторалкил)трифторфосфат.
4. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой анион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют бис(трифторметилсульфонил)имид, (трифторметилсульфонил)(гептафторпропилсульфонил)имид, и трис(пентафторэтил)трифторфосфат.
5. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой катион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют имидазолий, пиридиний, пиразолий, пиперидиний, пирролидиний, морфолин, пиррол, фосфоний, четвертичные аммонийные соли, сульфоний и изооксазолий.
6. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой катион ионной жидкости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один, выбранный из группы, которую составляют этилметилимидазолий, гексилметилимидазолий, метилоктилимидазолий, бутилдиметилимидазолий; бутил-4-метилпиридиний; метоксиэтил-метилпиперидиний; метоксиэтилметилпирролидиний; октилтриэтилфосфоний, триэтилоктилфосфоний; и пропилдиметилизооксазолий.
7. Смазочная композиция по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая загуститель.
