Abstract
1. Способ получения продукта, обладающего биологически активными свойствами, из голотурий, включающий освобождение голотурий от внутренних органов, промывание кожно-мускульного мешка, измельчение его до однородной массы, выделение из нее биологически активных компонентов, отличающийся тем, что выделение биологически активных компонентов проводят в два этапа, на первом этапе осуществляют перевод биологически активных компонентов из дезинтегрированного сырья в водорастворимое состояние, а на втором - обогащают липидофильными компонентами и переводят в суспензию, которую стабилизируют и тарируют, при этом на первом этапе: измельченную кожно-мускульного массу смешивают с водой в соотношении 1:0,5-1:1 соответственно, проводят обработку ультразвуком мощностью 250-300 Вт/см в течение 5-10 минут, затем проводят щелочной гидролиз при pH 11,0 в течение 20-40 минут при комнатной температуре, а затем нейтрализуют до pH 7,0, полученный гидролизат сушат до остаточной влажности не более 12%, сухой продукт измельчают до порошкообразного состояния, а на втором этапе: порошок смешивают с растительным маслом в соотношении 1:5 и выдерживают при постоянном перемешивании в течение 3-4 часов, полученную жировую суспензию стабилизируют с помощью диспергатора.2.
