Abstract
1. Claims (19)
1. Формованная находящимся под давлением паром многослойная облицовка для тепло- и звукоизоляции, содержащая первый слой, образующий армирующий слой, выполненный из смешанного полотна из полиамидного матричного материала в форме порошка или волокон, или хлопьев и армирующих волокон, и, по меньшей мере, второй слой, выбранный из слоя пенопласта с открытыми порами или теплоотражающего слоя, или второго армирующего слоя, выполненного из смешанного полотна из полиамидного матричного материала в форме порошка или волокон, или хлопьев, и армирующих волокон, и поэтому благодаря формованию находящимся под давлением паром все слои ламинируются вместе, и все имеющиеся смешанные полотна становятся объединенными с образованием пористых армирующих слоев.

11. Многослойная облицовка по п. 1, в которой теплоотражающим слоем является одно из: нетканой или тканой ткани, обработанной покрытием, отражающим инфракрасное излучение, или пряжи из металлических нитей, или слоя металлической фольги, такой как алюминиевая или стальная фольга.
12. Многослойная облицовка по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой отражающий слой только частично покрывает смежный слой.
13. Многослойная облицовка по п. 1, в которой теплоотражающим слоем является слой металлической фольги, который содержит, по меньшей мере, частично сквозные отверстия, чтобы сделать фольгу проницаемой для воздуха, предпочтительно, перфорации, пробитые иглами отверстия или растрескивания с микроразрезами.

17. Многослойная облицовка по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой армирующий слой имеет сопротивление потоку воздуха в интервале от около 500 до 1000 Н∙с/м3.
18. Многослойная облицовка по любому из пп. 1-3, причем многослойная облицовка имеет общее сопротивление потоку воздуха в интервале от 500 до 2500 Н∙с/м3.
19. Применение формованной находящимся под давлением паром многослойной облицовки по любому из пп. 1-18 в качестве автомобильной отделочной детали, например, закрывающей панели двигательного отсека, верхней, боковой или нижней крышки двигателя, крышки масляного поддона, защитного экрана под двигателем, противопожарной стенки, по меньшей мере, частично покрытой наружной приборной панели, воздухонаправляющей панели позади охлаждающего устройства двигательного отсека, багажной полки или грузового пола багажника.
