Claims (18)
1. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки транспортного средства, содержащая по меньшей мере область, содержащую по меньшей мере три слоя, наложенных и ламинированных друг на друга с образованием структурного блока (9), при этом два наружных слоя представляют собой сжатые и консолидированные волокнистые слои (12 и 13), отличающаяся тем, что внутренний слой, расположенный между двумя волокнистыми наружными слоями, представляет собой непроницаемый сложнопенополиэфирный слой (11).
2. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по п. 1 или 2, в которой область детали отделки, не содержащая структурный блок, содержит по меньшей мере один из сжатых и консолидированных наружных волокнистых слоев.
3. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой консолидированный волокнистый слой состоит из волокнистого наполнителя и связующего вещества в виде термопластического связующего вещества, причем связующее вещество образует небольшие соединительные точки в волокнистом наполнителе для консолидации волокнистого материала.
4. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по п. 3, в которой волокнистый наполнитель представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из термопластического волокна, предпочтительно сложнополиэфирного волокна, предпочтительно полиэтилентерефталата (PET) или полибутилентерефталата (PBT), или представляет собой смесь таких волокон.
5. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по п. 3 или 4, в которой термопластическое связующее вещество представляет собой сополимер сложного полиэфира или полиамид, предпочтительно полиамид-6 или полиамид-66.
6. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по п. 4 или 5, в которой волокнистый наполнитель и связующее вещество объединены в двухкомпонентном волокне, предпочтительно типа сердцевины с оболочкой, причем волокнистый наполнитель образует сердцевину, а связующее вещество образует оболочку.
7. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из пп. 3-6, в которой волокнистый наполнитель может представлять собой штапельное волокно или бесконечное волокно.
8. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой сложнопенополиэфирный слой имеет толщину, составляющую приблизительно менее чем 15 мм, предпочтительно менее чем 8 мм, предпочтительно менее чем 6 мм.
9. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой сложнопенополиэфирный слой имеет толщину, составляющую приблизительно по меньшей мере 2 мм, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 3 мм, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 4 мм.
10. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один из сжатых и консолидированных волокнистых слоев в области структурного блока имеет толщину, составляющую приблизительно менее чем 3 мм, предпочтительно менее чем 1,5 мм.
11. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один из сжатых и консолидированных волокнистых слоев в области структурного блока имеет толщину, составляющую приблизительно по меньшей мере 0,2 мм, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 0,5 мм.
12. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один из волокнистых слоев имеет поверхностную плотность, составляющую менее чем 1500 г/м2, предпочтительно менее чем 800 г/м2, предпочтительно менее чем 600 г/м2.
13. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один из волокнистых слоев имеет поверхностную плотность, составляющую по меньшей мере 200 г/м2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 300 г/м2.
14. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой сложнопенополиэфирный слой представляет собой термопластический сложный пенополиэфир, предпочтительно пенополиэтилентерефталат (PET).
15. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой сложнопенополиэфирный слой предпочтительно представляет собой пеноматериал с закрытыми ячейками.
16. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающая связующий слой между волокнистым слоем и сложнопенополиэфирным слоем.
17. Наружная конструктивная деталь отделки по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один из необязательно перфорированного пленочного слоя, предпочтительно термопластического полиуретанового пленочного слоя, слоя нетканого полотна, теплоизлучающего слоя, предпочтительно металлической пленки, предпочтительно алюминия, или теплоизлучающего покровного слоя, наложенного и ламинированного на наружную поверхность по меньшей мере одного из наружных консолидированных волокнистых слоев.
18. Применение конструктивной детали отделки транспортного средства по любому из предшествующих пунктов в качестве детали отделки низа кузова, такой как панель низа кузова, нижняя часть картера двигателя, задняя панель низа кузова или центральная панель низа кузова, или в качестве детали отделки отсека двигателя, такой как покрытие капота или нижняя часть картера двигателя.
