Abstract
1. Способ для промывания биологических клеток, содержащий:предоставление сепаратора, содержащего цилиндрический корпус и внутренний элемент, которые могут вращаться относительно друг друга; при этом указанный цилиндрический корпус имеет внутреннюю поверхность, и указанный внутренний элемент имеет внешнюю поверхность, при этом указанные поверхности образуют зазор между ними, и при этом по меньшей мере одна из указанных поверхностей включает пористую мембрану;введение клеток, суспендированных в жидкой среде, в указанный зазор;вращение по меньшей мере одного элемента из указанного корпуса и указанного внутреннего элемента, или обоих;отделение указанных клеток от указанной жидкой среды;концентрирование указанных клеток;удаление по меньшей мере части указанных концентрированных клеток из указанного сепаратора через первый выпуск; иудаление по меньшей мере части указанной отделенной жидкой среды из указанного сепаратора через второй выпуск.2. Способ по п. 1, содержащий удаление указанных концентрированных клеток в интегрально подсоединенный контейнер.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, содержащий повторное суспендирование указанных концентрированных клеток в замещающей текучей среде.4. вращение по меньшей мере одного элемента из указанного корпуса и указанного внутреннего элемента, или обоих;
отделение указанных клеток от указанной жидкой среды;
концентрирование указанных клеток;
удаление по меньшей мере части указанных концентрированных клеток из указанного сепаратора через первый выпуск; и
удаление по меньшей мере части указанной отделенной жидкой среды из указанного сепаратора через второй выпуск.
2. Способ по п. 1, содержащий удаление указанных концентрированных клеток в интегрально подсоединенный контейнер.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, содержащий повторное суспендирование указанных концентрированных клеток в замещающей текучей среде.
4. Способ по п. 3, дополнительно содержащий введение указанных повторно суспендированных клеток в указанный зазор указанного сепаратора.
5. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий концентрирование указанных клеток и удаление указанных концентрированных клеток в интегрально подсоединенный контейнер.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором указанный интегрально подсоединенный контейнер отличается от указанного интегрально подсоединенного контейнера по п. 2.
7. Способ по одному из пп. 5 или 6, содержащий добавление среды для хранения к указанным концентрированным клеткам в одном из указанных интегрально подсоединенных контейнеров.
8. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
введение среды для промывания в указанный зазор.
9. Одноразовый набор обработки текучей среды, содержащий:
средство для установления сообщения по текучей среде с пакетом, содержащим суспензию клеток;
средство для установления сообщения по текучей среде с пакетом, содержащим раствор для промывания;
сепаратор с вращающейся мембраной, содержащий цилиндрический корпус и мембрану, которые могут вращаться относительно друг друга, при этом указанные корпус и мембрана образуют зазор обработки между ними, и указанный сепаратор дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один вход и один выход;
рабочий пакет, имеющий впуск и выпуск, при этом вход рабочего пакета находится в открываемом сообщении по текучей среде, с указанным сепаратором; и
контейнер для конечного продукта, который находится в открываемом сообщении по текучей среде, с указанным выпуском указанного сепаратора.
10. Одноразовый набор обработки текучей среды по п. 9, содержащий множество рабочих контейнеров.
11. Одноразовый набор обработки текучей среды по п. 9 или 10, в котором указанное средство для установления сообщения по текучей среде с пакетом суспензии клеток содержит стерильное стыковочное устройство.
