Abstract
1. Способ получения гумуссодержащего компонента органоминеральных удобрений и почвенных субстратов, включающий использование гумуссодержащего вещества и измельченного серпентинита, отличающийся тем, что в качестве гумуссодержащего вещества используют жидкость из группы: природные воды торфяных озер; поверхностные воды, истекающие из болот; поверхностные воды, истекающие из торфяных месторождений, указанную жидкость пропускают через фильтрующую колонну, содержащую слой измельченного серпентинита в виде гранул размером 0,15÷2 мм, осуществляя сорбирование гумуса на поверхности гранул, затем выгружают из фильтрующей колонны указанный серпентинит с сорбированным им гумусом и после его просушивания направляют полученный продукт на выход процесса.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт дополнительно вводят до 20% по массе костной муки, фосфоритной или апатитовой муки.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт дополнительно вводят до 25% по массе природного цеолита - клиноптилолита, предварительно переведенного в К-форму.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт вводят до 0,5% нитратов и до 1% растворимых фосфатов по массе.5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт дополнительно вводят до 2% по массе комплексных удобрений, содержащих макро- и микрокомпоненты.6. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт дополнительно вводят до 0,5% нитратов и до 1% растворимых фосфатов по массе.7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что в полученный продукт дополнительно вводят до 2% по массе комплексных удобрений, содержащих макро- и микрокомпонент1. A method of obtaining a humus-containing component of organomineral fertilizers and soil substrates, including the use of a humus-containing substance and ground serpentinite, characterized in that the liquid from the group: natural waters of peat lakes is used as a humus-containing substance; surface water flowing out of swamps; surface water flowing out of peat deposits, the specified liquid is passed through a filter column containing a layer of crushed serpentinite in the form of granules with a size of 0.15 ÷ 2 mm, sorbing humus on the surface of the granules, then the specified serpentinite is unloaded from the filter column with humus sorbed by it and after drying it directs the resulting product to the output of the process.2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that up to 20% by weight of bone meal, phosphate rock or apatite flour is additionally added to the resulting product. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that up to 25% by weight of the natural zeolite, clinoptilolite, previously converted to the K-form, is additionally introduced into the obtained product. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that up to 0.5% nitrates and up to 1% soluble phosphates by weight are added to the resulting product. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that up to 2% by weight of complex fertilizers containing macro- and microcomponents are additionally added to the resulting product. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that up to 0.5% nitrates and up to 1% soluble phosphates by weight are further added to the resulting product. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that up to 2% by weight of complex fertilizers containing macro- and microcomponents are additionally added to the resulting product
