Abstract
1. Композитный материал, включающий органическую нить, имеющую температуру плавления 200°C или выше, и термопластичную смолу, органическая нить находится в форме корда из скрученной пряжи или тканого материала или вязаной ткани, состоящего из корда из скрученной пряжи.2. Композитный материал по п.1, где температура плавления органической нити составляет 250°C или выше.3. Композитный материал по п.1, где органическая нить представляет собой комплексную нить и термопластичная смола в достаточной степени импрегнируется между пучками волокон.4. Композитный материал по п.1, где термопластичная смола по существу не импрегнируется внутри пучка волокон органической нити.5. Композитный материал по п.1, где объемное отношение термопластичной смолы составляет 20-900 частей на 100 частей органической нити.6. Композитный материал по п.1, где масса на единицу площади органической нити на толщину композитного материала 10 мм составляет 1000-12000 г/м.7. Композитный материал по п.1, где количество кручений корда из скрученной пряжи составляет от 10 до 1000 на 1 метр.8. Claims (14)
1. Композитный материал, включающий органическую нить, имеющую температуру плавления 200°C или выше, и термопластичную смолу, органическая нить находится в форме корда из скрученной пряжи или тканого материала или вязаной ткани, состоящего из корда из скрученной пряжи.
2. Композитный материал по п.1, где температура плавления органической нити составляет 250°C или выше.
3. Композитный материал по п.1, где органическая нить представляет собой комплексную нить и термопластичная смола в достаточной степени импрегнируется между пучками волокон.
4. Композитный материал по п.1, где термопластичная смола по существу не импрегнируется внутри пучка волокон органической нити.
5. Композитный материал по п.1, где объемное отношение термопластичной смолы составляет 20-900 частей на 100 частей органической нити.
6. Композитный материал по п.1, где масса на единицу площади органической нити на толщину композитного материала 10 мм составляет 1000-12000 г/м2.
7. Композитный материал по п.1, где количество кручений корда из скрученной пряжи составляет от 10 до 1000 на 1 метр.

Материал сэндвич-типа, использующий материал высокой жесткости, состоящий из армированного композитного материала, содержащего армирующее волокно, имеющее удельный модуль упругости (E), определяемый уравнением ниже, равный 2,5 или более, в качестве наружного материала, и композитный материал по п.1, в качестве сердцевинного материала
где E представляет собой удельный модуль упругости, M представляет собой модуль упругости волокна (МПа) и D представляет собой плотность волокна (г/см3).
13. Материал сэндвич-типа по п.12, где армирующее волокно материала высокой жесткости представляет собой, по меньшей мере, одно волокно, выбранное из группы, состоящей из углеродного волокна, арамидного волокна и стекловолокна.
14. Материал сэндвич-типа по п.12, где объемное отношение сердцевинного материала составляет 40-9900 частей на 100 частей наружного материала.
