Abstract
Композитная броня с дискретными элементами, содержащая дробяще-отклоняющий слой, состоящий из дискретных элементов, выполненных в виде перпендикулярных к плоскости брони цилиндрических частей с одним верхним или двумя верхним и нижним выпуклыми торцами, и расположенных с соприкосновением между собой своими цилиндрическими частями, образуя между каждой тройкой соседних дискретных элементов полости, расположенного в указанных полостях связующего состава на основе полимеров, и задерживающего слоя, выполненного из алюминиевого сплава или стали, причем дробяще-отклоняющий и задерживающий слои могут быть размещены с зазором более 1 мм, или между дробяще-отклоняющим и задерживающим слоями размещен материал с модулем упругости при сжатии менее 40 ГП, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно снабжена корундовой или керамической крошкой, расположенной в связующем составе с образованием однородной массы.Composite armor with discrete elements, containing a crushing-deflecting layer consisting of discrete elements made in the form of cylindrical parts perpendicular to the armor plane with one upper or two upper and lower convex ends, and located with their cylindrical parts in contact, forming between each three adjacent discrete elements of the cavity located in the specified cavities of the binder composition based on polymers, and a retaining layer made of aluminum alloy whether steel, and the crushing-deflecting and retaining layers can be placed with a gap of more than 1 mm, or between the crushing-deflecting and retaining layers there is a material with an elastic modulus of less than 40 GP compressive, characterized in that it is additionally equipped with corundum or ceramic chips, located in a binder composition with the formation of a homogeneous mass.
