Abstract

1. Смазочный материал на водной основе, содержащийот 5 до 80 мас.% водорастворимого полиалкиленгликоля, выбранного из группы, состоящей из статистически распределенных полиоксиэтиленовых и/или полиоксипропиленовых единиц и/или других полиоксиалкиленовых элементарных звеньев, блокполимера из полиоксипропиленовых единиц и/или других полиоксиалкиленовых элементарных звеньев,от 0,5 до 20 мас.% пенящихся или не пенящихся эмульгаторов из класса анионных, неионогенных или катионных тензидов, водорастворимых или эмульгируемых в воде эфиров карбоновой кислоты,от 0,5 до 50 мас.% антифриза, выбранного из группы, состоящей из алкиленгликоля, глицерина, солей или ионных жидкостей,от 0,05 до 10 мас.% антикоррозионных добавок,от 0,001 до 1 мас.% добавок для предотвращения пенообразования иот 0,05 до 5 мас.% вещества, защищающего от износа воды до 100 мас.%.2. Смазочный материал по п.1, кроме того, содержащийот 0,001 до 0,5 мас.% биоцидов и/илиот 0,05 до 5 мас.% наночастиц.3. Смазочный материал по п.1 или 2, кроме того, содержащийот 0,5 до 40 мас.% загустителя для смазочных веществ, выбранного из группы, состоящей из металлических мыл из моно- и/или дикарбоновых кислот, мочевин, слоистых силикатов, твердых смазочных материалов и аэросила.4. Применение смазочного материала на водной основе по одному из пп.1-3 для смазывания элементов привода в цепях, коробок передач, подшипников качения и подшипников скольжения или для смазывания уплотнений вращающихся валов.5. Применение смазочного материала на водной основе по одному из пп.1-3 в виде пены, спрея или эмульсии, которые наносятся с помощью распылительных устройств или пульверизаторов с фокусом улучшенного увлажнен

Claims (5)

1. Смазочный материал на водной основе, содержащий
от 5 до 80 мас.% водорастворимого полиалкиленгликоля, выбранного из группы, состоящей из статистически распределенных полиоксиэтиленовых и/или полиоксипропиленовых единиц и/или других полиоксиалкиленовых элементарных звеньев, блокполимера из полиоксипропиленовых единиц и/или других полиоксиалкиленовых элементарных звеньев,
от 0,5 до 20 мас.% пенящихся или не пенящихся эмульгаторов из класса анионных, неионогенных или катионных тензидов, водорастворимых или эмульгируемых в воде эфиров карбоновой кислоты,
от 0,5 до 50 мас.% антифриза, выбранного из группы, состоящей из алкиленгликоля, глицерина, солей или ионных жидкостей,
от 0,05 до 10 мас.% антикоррозионных добавок,
от 0,001 до 1 мас.% добавок для предотвращения пенообразования и
от 0,05 до 5 мас.% вещества, защищающего от износа воды до 100 мас.%.
2. Смазочный материал по п.1, кроме того, содержащий
от 0,001 до 0,5 мас.% биоцидов и/или
от 0,05 до 5 мас.% наночастиц.
3. Смазочный материал по п.1 или 2, кроме того, содержащий
от 0,5 до 40 мас.% загустителя для смазочных веществ, выбранного из группы, состоящей из металлических мыл из моно- и/или дикарбоновых кислот, мочевин, слоистых силикатов, твердых смазочных материалов и аэросила.
4. Применение смазочного материала на водной основе по одному из пп.1-3 для смазывания элементов привода в цепях, коробок передач, подшипников качения и подшипников скольжения или для смазывания уплотнений вращающихся валов.
5. Применение смазочного материала на водной основе по одному из пп.1-3 в виде пены, спрея или эмульсии, которые наносятся с помощью распылительных устройств или пульверизаторов с фокусом улучшенного увлажнения поверхности и улучшенной способности к обнаружению тонких смазочных пленок.
