Abstract
1. Способ электроплавки стали в дуговой печи, включающий подачу металлизованных окатышей, порошкообразного углеродсодержащего материала, инертного газа или смеси газов в шлаковый расплав ванны печи через осевые отверстия в графитовых электродах, отличающийся тем, что подачу в шлаковый расплав через осевые отверстия электродов порошкообразного материала осуществляют в потоке инертного газа или смеси газов в количестве, которое обеспечивает при электроплавке восполнение потерь углерода в электродах в процессе окисления торцевой и боковой их поверхностей, причем расход порошкообразного углеродсодержащего материала определяют из соотношениягде,,- соответственно расход углеродсодержащего материала, потери углерода в результате окисления электродов в шлаковом расплаве и приход углерода в подэлектродную зону ванны при расплавлении в ней металлизованных окатышей, кг/плавку.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что расход инертного газа устанавливают из расчета образующегося объема в подэлектродной зоне ванны,где ΔV- объем этой зоны в ванне, м;d- внешний диаметр электрода, м;Н- заглубление электрода в шлаковом расплаве ванны, м;τ - время, ч.3.
