1. Состав массы для углеродсодержащих огнеупоров, включающий огнеупорный компонент, комплексный твердый углеродный компонент и фенольное связующее, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит твердое термопластичное связующее и серу при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! зернистый огнеупорный компонент 60-85тонкодисперсный огнеупорный компонент 10-25 комплексный твердый углеродный компонент 5-15 фенольное связующее сверх 100% 1,0-5,5 твердое термопластичное связующее сверх 100% 0,5-5,0 сера сверх 100% 0,1-2 ! 2. Состав массы для углеродсодержащих огнеупоров по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит 0,1-5% сверх 100 мас.% антиоксиданта. ! 3. Способ приготовления углеродсодержащих огнеупоров, включающий смешение огнеупорного компонента, комплексного твердого углеродного компонента и фенольного связующего, формование изделий и термообработку, отличающийся тем, что перемешивание осуществляют в несколько этапов: на первом этапе зернистый огнеупорный компонент смешивают с твердым термопластичным связующим и серой до полной гомогенизации смеси, на втором этапе к полученной смеси добавляют фенольную смолу, комплексный твердый углеродный компонент и тонкодисперсный огнеупорный компонент. ! 4. Способ приготовления углеродсодержащих огнеупоров по п.3, отличающийся тем, что за 3-5 мин до окончания перемешивания вводят антиоксидант. ! 5. Способ приготовления углеродсодержащих огнеупоров по п.3, отличающийся тем, что производят вылеживание массы не более 4 ч, после формования изделия термообрабатывают при температуре выше 80°С. 1.
