Abstract
1. Способ снижения гидродинамического сопротивления движению судна, заключающийся в воздействии на окружающий его объем воды электрическим полем путем электролиза воды в пограничном слое корпуса судна, отличающийся тем, что пограничный слой воды дополнительно насыщают отрицательными ионами ОН, а электрическое поле используют для структурного изменения воды в пограничном слое путем дробления кластеров воды.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что параметры и режим использования электрического поля выбирают в интервале, исключающем газификацию воды в окружающей среды в районах покрытия корпуса.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что насыщение отрицательными ионами ОНпограничного слоя производят от специального генератора ионов ОН.4. Устройство для снижения сопротивления движению судна, содержащее корпус, источник тока и электроды, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит генератор ионов ОН, а корпус имеет сплошное токопроводящее покрытие и изолированный от корпуса один или несколько электродов, при этом на токопроводящее покрытие корпуса подается положительный заряд источника тока, а на изолированный электрод - отрицательный заряд.5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что генератор ионов ОН" выполнен в виде двухкамерного мембранного электролизера, анодная камера которого соединена трубопроводом с пограничным слоем с возможностью подачи воды, насыщенной ионами ОН, из анодной камеры электролизера в пограничный слой корпуса судна.1. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the OH "ion generator is made in the form of a two-chamber membrane electrolyzer, the anode chamber of which is connected by a pipe to the boundary layer with the possibility of supplying water saturated with OH ions from the anode chamber of the electrolyzer to the boundary layer of the ship's hull.
