Способ активации воды, включающий обработку предварительно дистиллированной воды электрическим током в электрическом поле, создаваемом в анодной и катодной зонах электролизера, разделенных диафрагмой, с убывающей от анода к катоду величиной напряженности поля и локализованным в объеме диафрагмы скачком напряженности электрического поля, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно в электролизере создают магнитное поле. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что магнитное поле создают в анодной и катодной зонах электролизера. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что создают однородное магнитное поле в зонах электролизера. ! 4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что создают стационарное постоянное магнитное поле в зонах электролизера. ! 5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что создают магнитное поле, ориентированное перпендикулярно к электрическому полю электролизера.1.
