Abstract
1. Способ утилизации некондиционных керамических проппантов с полимерным покрытием, отличающийся тем, что некондиционный проппант с полимерным покрытием добавляют к исходному сырью для изготовления проппанта аналогичного химического состава при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:причем некондиционный проппант с полимерным покрытием предварительно измельчают до фракции 5 мм и менее, а затем подают на совместный помол с исходным сырьем, кроме того, на стадии помола в смесь дополнительно вводят 0,05-0,15 мас.% порошкообразного фенольного связующего, после чего измельченный материал гранулируют, высушивают и обжигают.2. Способ утилизации некондиционных керамических проппантов с полимерным покрытием, отличающийся тем, что некондиционный керамический проппант с полимерным покрытием фракции 5 мм и менее подают в печь во время предварительного обжига исходного сырья аналогичного химического состава при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:затем полученную смесь измельчают, гранулируют, высушивают и обжигают.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что при термообработке некондиционного проппанта с полимерным покрытием во вращающейся печи его подачу осуществляют непосредственно в зону обжига через горячий конец печи.1.
