Abstract

1. Волокнистый листовой материал, включающий сетку и нетканую ткань, нанесенную ламинированием на сетку, в котором: ! номер волокна основы сетки составляет от 5 до 40 денье, и плотность основы составляет от 40 до 100 нитей основы на дюйм (15,7-39,4 нитей/см), номер волокна утка сетки составляет от 5 до 40 денье, и плотность утка составляет от 20 до 100 нитей утка на дюйм (7,9-39,4 нитей/см); ! нетканая ткань изготовлена из нетканой ткани, полученной аэродинамическим способом из расплава, фильерной нетканой ткани или кардной нетканой ткани, имеющей номер волокна 4,0 денье или менее; и ! основная масса волокнистого листового материала составляет от 7,5 до 20 г/м2. ! 2. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором: ! основная масса нетканой ткани составляет 5 г/м2 или менее, и основная масса волокнистого листового материала составляет от 7,5 до 20 г/м2. ! 3. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1 или 2, в котором как нетканая ткань, так и сетка включают составляющее волокно, и ! температура плавления составляющего волокна нетканой ткани ниже температуры плавления составляющего волокна сетки. ! 4. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором прозрачность Lt, вычисленная в соответствии со следующим уравнением, составляет 60% или более: ! Lt=Lw-Lb, ! где Lb представляет собой коэффициент отражения белого света при помещении черной пластинки под волокнистый листовой материал (%), и Lw представляет собой коэффициент отражения белого света при помещении стандартной белой пластинки под волокнистый листовой материал (%). ! 5. Claims (7)

1. Волокнистый листовой материал, включающий сетку и нетканую ткань, нанесенную ламинированием на сетку, в котором:
номер волокна основы сетки составляет от 5 до 40 денье, и плотность основы составляет от 40 до 100 нитей основы на дюйм (15,7-39,4 нитей/см), номер волокна утка сетки составляет от 5 до 40 денье, и плотность утка составляет от 20 до 100 нитей утка на дюйм (7,9-39,4 нитей/см);
нетканая ткань изготовлена из нетканой ткани, полученной аэродинамическим способом из расплава, фильерной нетканой ткани или кардной нетканой ткани, имеющей номер волокна 4,0 денье или менее; и
основная масса волокнистого листового материала составляет от 7,5 до 20 г/м2.
2. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором:
основная масса нетканой ткани составляет 5 г/м2 или менее, и основная масса волокнистого листового материала составляет от 7,5 до 20 г/м2.
3. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1 или 2, в котором как нетканая ткань, так и сетка включают составляющее волокно, и
температура плавления составляющего волокна нетканой ткани ниже температуры плавления составляющего волокна сетки.
4. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором прозрачность Lt, вычисленная в соответствии со следующим уравнением, составляет 60% или более:
Lt=Lw-Lb,
где Lb представляет собой коэффициент отражения белого света при помещении черной пластинки под волокнистый листовой материал (%), и Lw представляет собой коэффициент отражения белого света при помещении стандартной белой пластинки под волокнистый листовой материал (%).
5. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором:
сетка изготовлена из полимолочной кислоты или биоразлагаемого волокна из алифатического или ароматического полиэстера; и
нетканая ткань изготовлена из полимолочной кислоты, биоразлагаемой смолы, содержащей янтарную кислоту, или биоразлагаемого волокна из ароматического полиэстера.
6. Волокнистый листовой материал по п.1, в котором:
сетка изготовлена из композитной нити типа «стержень в оболочке», содержащей стержневую часть и оболочечную часть, каждая из которых изготовлена из полимолочной кислоты; и
температура плавления полимолочной кислоты стержневой части превышает температуру плавления полимолочной кислоты оболочечной части на 20°С или более.
7. Фильтрующий материал для чайного пакетика, включающий волокнистый листовой материал по любому из пп.1-6.
