Abstract
1. Связующая система, содержащая: ! a) от 10 до 90 мас.% (сухая масса) водной дисперсии полимеризатов на основе конъюгированных алифатических диенов и виниловых ароматических соединений, ! b) от 90 до 10 мас.% (сухая масса) крахмала, ! c) от 0 до 10 мас.% (сухая масса) добавок, ! с количествами в процентных соотношениях по массе относительно сухой массы связующей системы, то есть без воды. ! 2. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водные дисперсии представляют собой эмульсионные полимеры на основе: ! a) от 20 до 80 мас.ч. конъюгированных алифатических диенов, ! b) от 20 до 80 мас.ч. виниловых ароматических соединений, ! c) от 0 до 10 мас.ч. этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых кислот, ! d) от 0 до 20 мас.ч. нитрилов этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот, ! полученные в присутствии воды, эмульгаторов и растворимых в воде катализаторов. ! 3. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия содержит максимально 5 мас.ч. этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых кислот или производных упомянутых выше кислот в полимеризованной форме. ! 4. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия не содержит этиленненасыщенные карбоновые кислоты и/или дикарбоновые кислоты или производные упомянутых выше кислот в полимеризованной форме. ! 5. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия содержит максимально 5 мас.ч. нитрилов этиленненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты в полимеризованной форме. ! 6. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия не содержит нитрилы этиленненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты в полимеризованной форме. ! 7. Claims (34)
1. Связующая система, содержащая:
a) от 10 до 90 мас.% (сухая масса) водной дисперсии полимеризатов на основе конъюгированных алифатических диенов и виниловых ароматических соединений,
b) от 90 до 10 мас.% (сухая масса) крахмала,
c) от 0 до 10 мас.% (сухая масса) добавок,
с количествами в процентных соотношениях по массе относительно сухой массы связующей системы, то есть без воды.
2. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что водные дисперсии представляют собой эмульсионные полимеры на основе:
a) от 20 до 80 мас.ч. конъюгированных алифатических диенов,
b) от 20 до 80 мас.ч. виниловых ароматических соединений,
c) от 0 до 10 мас.ч. этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых кислот,
d) от 0 до 20 мас.ч. нитрилов этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот,
полученные в присутствии воды, эмульгаторов и растворимых в воде катализаторов.
3. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия содержит максимально 5 мас.ч. этиленненасыщенных карбоновых кислот и/или дикарбоновых кислот или производных упомянутых выше кислот в полимеризованной форме.
4. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия не содержит этиленненасыщенные карбоновые кислоты и/или дикарбоновые кислоты или производные упомянутых выше кислот в полимеризованной форме.
5. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия содержит максимально 5 мас.ч. нитрилов этиленненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты в полимеризованной форме.
6. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсия не содержит нитрилы этиленненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты в полимеризованной форме.
7. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что конъюгированные алифатические диены (компонент a)) представляют собой бутадиен, изопрен, пентадиен-1,3, диметилбутадиен и/или циклопентадиен.
8. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что виниловые ароматические соединения (компонент b)) представляют собой стирол, a-метилстиролвинилацетат и/или винилтолуол.
9. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержание твердых веществ в дисперсии, в частности, содержание полимерных твердых веществ в дисперсии, составляет от 30 до 70 мас.%.
10. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что вязкость дисперсий составляет от 10 до 2200 мПа·с.
11. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсии представляют собой анионные дисперсии.
12. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что дисперсии представляют собой частично или полностью сшитые и/или батотонические и/или термически сшиваемые дисперсии.
13. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что крахмал является природным, или модифицированным, или производными крахмала.
14. Связующая система по п.13, отличающаяся тем, что крахмал экстрагируют из растительного сырья, в частности из клубнеплодов, семян, плодов и/или мякоти растений.
15. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что крахмал, по существу, состоит из смеси амилозы и амилопектина и предпочтительно имеет молекулярную массу Mw от 5·102 до 1·108, особенно предпочтительно от 5·104 до 1·107.
16. Связующая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что крахмал является природного растительного происхождения или химически модифицированным, ферментативно экстрагированным, рекомбинантного происхождения, или его получают биотрансформацией (биокатализом).
17. Применение связующей системы по одному или нескольким из пп.1-16 для соединения текстильных тканей.
18. Текстильная ткань, которую соединили со связующей системой по одному или нескольким из пп.1-16.
19. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что применяемые количества связующей системы составляют от 5 до 35 мас.% сухого связующего вещества относительно общего веса необработанной текстильной ткани.
20. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильные ткани представляют собой все ткани, изготовленные из волокон, которые производили по технологии создания тканей.
21. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильные ткани основаны на природных волокнах и/или волокнах, изготовленных из синтетических полимеров.
22. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильные ткани представляют собой тканое полотно, холст, трикотажное полотно и/или нетканые материалы.
23. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильные ткани представляют собой нетканые материалы, изготавливаемые из синтетических полимерных волокон, предпочтительно фильерный нетканый материал.
24. Текстильная ткань по п.23, отличающаяся тем, что текстильная ткань представляет собой фильерный нетканый материал на основе полиамидов, поликапролактама, ароматических или частично ароматических полиамидов (арамиды), алифатических полиамидов, частично ароматических или полностью ароматических сложных полиэфиров, полифениленсульфида (PPS), полимеров с простыми эфирными группами и кетогруппами или полиолефинов.
25. Текстильная ткань по п.23, отличающаяся тем, что текстильные ткани представляют собой фильерные нетканые материалы на основе волокон сложного полиэфира, содержащих, по меньшей мере, 85% моль полиэтилентерефталата, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 95% моль полиэтилентерефталата.
26. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильную ткань изготавливают из множества слоев.
27. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильная ткань обладает весом на единицу площади от 20 до 500 г/м2.
28. Текстильная ткань по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что текстильная ткань обладает способностью сохранять размеры при термической обработке максимально на 1,6% в продольном направлении и 1,7% в поперечном направлении, в частности максимально на 1,5% в продольном направлении и 1,5% в поперечном направлении.
29. Применение текстильной ткани по одному или нескольким из пп.18-28 в качестве имеющего основу прокладочного материала или для промышленного производства имеющих основу прокладочных материалов для пергамина, кровельных и изолирующих материалов.
30. Имеющий основу прокладочный материал для пергамина, кровельных и изолирующих материалов содержит, по меньшей мере, одну текстильную ткань по одному или нескольким из пп.18-28.
31. Имеющий основу прокладочный материал по п.30, отличающийся тем, что он содержит, по меньшей мере, одно дополнительное армирующее средство.
32. Имеющий основу прокладочный материал по п.30, отличающийся тем, что он содержит кроме текстильной ткани по одному или нескольким из пп.18-28, по меньшей мере, одну дополнительную текстильную ткань, отличающуюся от упомянутой первой.
33. Применение имеющего основу прокладочного материала по одному или нескольким из пп.30-32 для получения имеющих основу прокладочных материалов для пергамина, кровельных и изолирующих материалов, в частности для получения пергамина, кровельных и изолирующих материалов с покрытием.
34. Пергамин, кровельный и изолирующий материалы с покрытием, содержащие, по меньшей мере, один имеющий основу прокладочный материал по одному или нескольким из пп.30-32 и, по меньшей мере, одно покрывающее средство.
