Abstract
1. Способ по п.1, в котором белок является частично гидролизованным. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором белок является высокогидролизованным. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором pH смеси для детского питания находится в пределах от около 6,8 до около 7,0. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором смесь для детского питания является гипоаллергенной. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором форму смеси для детского питания выбирают из группы, состоящей из жидкости, порошка и готового к употреблению состава. ! 7. The method according to claim 1, in which the pH of the mixture for baby food is in the range from about 6.8 to about 7.0. ! 5. The method according to claim 1, in which the mixture for baby food is hypoallergenic. ! 6. The method according to claim 1, in which the form of the mixture for baby food is selected from the group consisting of liquid, powder and ready-to-use composition. ! 7. A method of reducing the bitterness of a protein-free formula for baby food, including:! a) mixing a source of protein equivalent, a source of carbohydrates, a source of fat to form a solution; ! b) adjusting the pH of the solution in the range of from about 6.5 to about 7.2, in which the bitterness of the mixture is reduced; ! c) reducing the water content of the mixture to obtain a powder; ! d) mixing vitamins, minerals and low pH powder to form a formula for baby food. ! 8. The method according to claim 7, in which the mixture for baby food contains as an equivalent protein amino acids. ! 9. The method according to claim 7, in which the pH of the mixture for baby food is in the range from about 6.8 to about 7.0. ! 10. The method according to claim 7, in which the mixture for baby food i
