Ортопедическое переходное устройство с плоским трехмерным текстилем, содержащим верхнюю сторону и нижнюю сторону, которые с помощью опорных нитей удерживаются на расстоянии друг от друга и соединены друг с другом, при этом нижняя сторона трехмерного текстиля предназначена для наложения на кожу пользователя переходного устройства, отличающееся тем, что обращенная к коже поверхность нижней стороны (21), по меньшей мере, частично снабжена прилипающим покрытием (23). ! 2. Claims (23)

1. Ортопедическое переходное устройство с плоским трехмерным текстилем, содержащим верхнюю сторону и нижнюю сторону, которые с помощью опорных нитей удерживаются на расстоянии друг от друга и соединены друг с другом, при этом нижняя сторона трехмерного текстиля предназначена для наложения на кожу пользователя переходного устройства, отличающееся тем, что обращенная к коже поверхность нижней стороны (21), по меньшей мере, частично снабжена прилипающим покрытием (23).
2. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что обращенная к коже верхняя сторона (22), по меньшей мере, частично снабжена покрытием (23).
3. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что покрытие состоит из силикона, полиуретана и/или сополимера.
4. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что покрытие (23) является электропроводным.
5. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что покрытие (23) нанесено в расположенных на расстоянии друг от друга зонах, в частности в виде полос, точек, колец или в другой форме.

9. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в трехмерный текстиль (2), в частности в нижнюю сторону (21) вотканы или впрядены серебряные нити.
10. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что верхняя сторона (22) имеет структуру, которая имеет в направлении введения переходного устройства (1) меньшее сопротивление, чем в направлении, противоположном направлению введения.
11. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что на верхней стороне (22) выполнен или нанесен ворсованный бархат.
12. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено в виде прокладки для наложения на ампутационную культю.
13. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено в виде гибкого стакана или в виде гибкой части стакана с приемными устройствами для ортезных или протезных компонентов.
14. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено с предварительным анатомическим формированием.
15. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что трехмерный текстиль выполнен в виде дистанционирующего трикотажа или объемного вязания.
16. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что нижняя сторона (21) выполнена в виде нижнего текстиля, а верхняя сторона (22) - в виде лицевого текстиля.
17. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на внутренней стороне (21) расположены электроды (5) или же они заделаны в трехмерный текстиль (2).
18. Ортопедическое переходное устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что трехмерный текстиль (2) и/или покрытие (23) снабжены антибактериальными свойствами, в частности покрыты напыленным серебром и/или содержат ионы серебра.
19. Система, содержащая переходное устройство (1) по любому из пп.1-18 и ортезное или протезное устройство (3, 4).
20. Система по п.19, отличающаяся тем, что протезное или ортезное устройство (3, 4) имеют по существу стабильное по форме гнездо (13) со структурой, которая в направлении введения переходного устройства (1) имеет меньшее сопротивление, чем в направлении, противоположном направлению введения.
21. Система по п.19, отличающаяся тем, что структура выполнена в виде ворсованного бархата.
22. Система по п.19 или 20, отличающаяся тем, что протезное или ортезное устройство (3, 4) имеет по существу стабильное по форме гнездо (13) с покрытием (33) на внутренней стороне (31).
23. Система по п.22, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие (33) выполнено в виде ворсованного бархата.
