Abstract
Модификатор для понижения коэффициента трения состоит из триботехнического состава в виде мелкодисперсной смеси от 0,01-100 мкм компонентов из природных минералов с добавками активных элементов и катализаторов, активированных способом аэродинамической активации, включающих серпентин, магнетит и тальк, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит кальцит, тремолит, клинохлор и кварц в качестве серпантина хризотил при следующих соотношений компонентов: хризотил - 72%; окиси магния - не менее 15%; двуокиси кремния - не более 6,5%; тальк - 0,5%; кальцит - 4%; тремолит - 4-6%; кварц - не более 1%. The modifier for lowering the friction coefficient consists of a tribotechnical composition in the form of a finely dispersed mixture of 0.01-100 μm components from natural minerals with the addition of active elements and catalysts activated by the aerodynamic activation method, including serpentine, magnetite and talc, characterized in that it additionally contains calcite, tremolite, clinochlor and quartz as chrysotile serpentine with the following component ratios: chrysotile - 72%; magnesium oxide - not less than 15%; silicon dioxide - not more than 6.5%; talc - 0.5%; calcite - 4%; tremolite - 4-6%; quartz - not more than 1%.
