Abstract
1. Свинцово-кислотная батарея, содержащая: ! - по меньшей мере один отрицательный электрод, содержащий электродный материал батареи на основе свинца, и по меньшей мере одну область из материала конденсатора, лежащего поверх электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, причем каждый электрод находится в электрическом соединении с одним внешним выводом батареи, и ! - по меньшей мере один положительный электрод батареи на основе диоксида свинца, причем каждый положительный электрод находится в электрическом соединении со вторым внешним выводом батареи, ! - сепаратор, проложенный между обращенными друг к другу электродами, ! - электролит, заполняющий по меньшей мере пространство электродов и сепараторов, ! при этом материал конденсатора, лежащий поверх электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, содержит 20-65% по массе углеродистого материала с высокой электропроводностью, 30-70% углеродистого материала с высокой удельной площадью поверхности, по меньшей мере 0,1% свинца и связующее. ! 2. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой связующее присутствует в количестве между 1 и 30% по массе. ! 3. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора дополнительно содержит волокнистый армирующий материал в количестве от 0 до 10% по массе. ! 4. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора состоит из 21-65% углеродистого материала с высокой электропроводностью, 35-65% углеродистого материала с высокой удельной площадью поверхности, 3-40% свинца, 5-20% связующего и 2-10% волокнистого армирующего материала. ! 5. Claims (21)
1. Свинцово-кислотная батарея, содержащая:
- по меньшей мере один отрицательный электрод, содержащий электродный материал батареи на основе свинца, и по меньшей мере одну область из материала конденсатора, лежащего поверх электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, причем каждый электрод находится в электрическом соединении с одним внешним выводом батареи, и
- по меньшей мере один положительный электрод батареи на основе диоксида свинца, причем каждый положительный электрод находится в электрическом соединении со вторым внешним выводом батареи,
- сепаратор, проложенный между обращенными друг к другу электродами,
- электролит, заполняющий по меньшей мере пространство электродов и сепараторов,
при этом материал конденсатора, лежащий поверх электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, содержит 20-65% по массе углеродистого материала с высокой электропроводностью, 30-70% углеродистого материала с высокой удельной площадью поверхности, по меньшей мере 0,1% свинца и связующее.
2. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой связующее присутствует в количестве между 1 и 30% по массе.
3. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора дополнительно содержит волокнистый армирующий материал в количестве от 0 до 10% по массе.
4. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора состоит из 21-65% углеродистого материала с высокой электропроводностью, 35-65% углеродистого материала с высокой удельной площадью поверхности, 3-40% свинца, 5-20% связующего и 2-10% волокнистого армирующего материала.
5. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора каждого отрицательного электрода составляет между 1 и 15% от массы материала отрицательного электрода батареи.
6. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой слой материала конденсатора лежит поверх всех участков поверхности материала отрицательного электрода батареи, которые обращены к положительному электроду.
7. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой каждый отрицательный электрод содержит токосъемник, который покрыт на обеих лицевых поверхностях электродным материалом батареи на основе свинца, и слой материала конденсатора, лежащего поверх каждой лицевой поверхности электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, которая противоположна положительному электроду.
8. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой материал конденсатора, лежащий поверх электродного материала батареи на основе свинца, имеет пористость 50-90%.
9. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой электролит образован из водного раствора серной кислоты, содержащего 0,01-0,3 моль/л алюминия или 5-50 г/л Al2(SO4)3·18H2O.
10. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, в которой положительный электрод содержит положительный токосъемник, образованный из свинцового сплава, содержащего 0,005-0,015% по массе Ва, 0,03-0,08% по массе Са, 0,4-2,2% по массе Sn и свинец.
11. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.10, в которой свинец составляет остальную часть материала сплава.
12. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, которая представляет собой свинцово-кислотную батарею с регулирующими клапанами.
13. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.12, дополнительно содержащая сепараторы из поглощающего стеклянного микроволокна или поглощающего стеклянного мата между соседними электродами.
14. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.12, причем эта батарея имеет давление на электроды между 20 и 100 кПа.
15. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, которая способна работать при СЗ 95-50%.
16. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.1, которая представляет собой свинцово-кислотную батарею со свободным электролитом.
17. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.16, причем эта батарея имеет давление на электроды между 5 и 45 кПа.
18. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.16, дополнительно содержащая пористые полимерные сепараторы между соседними положительными и отрицательными электродами.
19. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.18, в которой пористые полимерные сепараторы дополнительно содержат армирование из нетканого волокнистого материала.
20. Свинцово-кислотная батарея по п.16, которая способна работать при СЗ 98-80%.
21. Автомобиль, содержащий свинцово-кислотную батарею по п.16, двигатель внутреннего сгорания и генератор переменного тока.
