Abstract
1. Соединение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли. ! 2. Способ лечения возрастного ухудшения памяти, слабого нарушения когнитивных способностей, предстарческой деменции, раннего начала болезни Альцгеймера, старческой деменции, деменции типа Альцгеймера, деменции с тельцами Леви, сосудистой деменции, болезни Альцгеймера, удара, комплекса СПИД-деменция, синдрома дефицита внимания, гиперактивного расстройства с дефицитом внимания, дислексии, шизофрении, шизофреноформного расстройства, нарушения познавательной способности при шизофрении и шизоаффективного расстройства, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли. ! 3. Способ для лечения деменции типа Альцгеймера в степени от слабой до умеренной, синдрома дефицита внимания, умеренного нарушения когнитивных способностей или возрастного ухудшения памяти, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли. ! 4. Способ лечения синдрома дефицита внимания или гиперактивности, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло [3.3.0] октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли. ! 5. Способ лечения шизофрении, шизофреноформного расстройства, нарушения познавательной способности при шизофрении и шизоаффективного расстройства, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли. ! 6. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая в качестве активного ингредиента соединение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.
Claims (6)
1. Соединение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
2. Способ лечения возрастного ухудшения памяти, слабого нарушения когнитивных способностей, предстарческой деменции, раннего начала болезни Альцгеймера, старческой деменции, деменции типа Альцгеймера, деменции с тельцами Леви, сосудистой деменции, болезни Альцгеймера, удара, комплекса СПИД-деменция, синдрома дефицита внимания, гиперактивного расстройства с дефицитом внимания, дислексии, шизофрении, шизофреноформного расстройства, нарушения познавательной способности при шизофрении и шизоаффективного расстройства, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли.

5. Способ лечения шизофрении, шизофреноформного расстройства, нарушения познавательной способности при шизофрении и шизоаффективного расстройства, включающий введение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли.
6. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая в качестве активного ингредиента соединение N-(5-хлорфуран-2-илкарбонил)-3,7-диазабицикло[3.3.0]октан или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль и один или несколько фармацевтически приемлемых разбавителя, эксципиента или инертного носителя.
