Шихта для производства марганецсодержащего железофлюса, состоящая из известняка, твердого топлива, низкокремистого железосодержащего материала и марганецсодержащего компонента, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%: ! известняк 12,0-20 марганецсодержащий компонент 8,5-12,0 твердое топливо 3,5-7,0 низкокремнистая железосодержащая смесь остальное ! причем используют низкокремнистую железосодержащую смесь крупностью 0-5 мм и с содержанием железа не менее 40%, а основность (CaO/SiO2) железофлюса находится в пределах 4,5-8,5 ед. ! 2. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве марганцевого компонента используют карбонатную руду с содержанием марганца 7,0-9,0%. ! 3. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве низкокремнистой железосодержащей смеси используют смесь аглоотсева, аспирационной и колошниковой пылей и шламов ЦУШ. 1.
