Шихта для производства высокоосновного агломерата по п.1, включающая марганец- и железосодержащие компоненты, флюсы и твердое топливо, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве марганецсодержащего компонента и флюса содержит высокоосновную карбонатную марганцевую руду при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: !
