Abstract
Способ обработки зерна при его подготовке к помолу, включающий осуществление процесса увлажнения зерна путем помещения его в воду, обработку зерна в воде при помощи источника ультразвука, отволаживание зерна, его очистку от оболочки за счет ее отделения и удаления, отличающийся тем, что перед процессом отволаживания зерно одновременно увлажняют, обрабатывают источником ультразвука и отделяют от оболочки в ламинарном потоке воды, причем плотность мощности акустической кавитации, порождаемой источником ультразвука, устанавливают равной не менее 3 Вт/см2, а отволаживание производят в течение от 1 до 2,5 ч.
