Abstract
1. Материал с каталитической активностью для разложения озона, содержащий оксид марганца, оксид меди, соединение платины и алюмосодержащий компонент, отличающийся тем, что катализатор дополнительно содержит оксид никеля, в качестве алюмосодержащего компонента он содержит алюминат кальция, при этом материал содержит компоненты при следующем содержании, мас.%: ! оксид марганца 29-31 оксид меди 19-21 оксид никеля 9-11 соединение платины (в пересчете на Pt) 0,015-0,1 алюминат кальция остальное ! 2. Способ получения материала с каталитической активностью для разложения озона, включающий смешивание соединений марганца, меди и алюминия, первичную термообработку, введение соединений платины, сушку и повторную термообработку, отличающийся тем, что на смешивание в качестве соединений марганца, меди и алюминия подают основной карбонат марганца, основной карбонат меди и алюминат кальция, соответственно, и дополнительно подают основной карбонат никеля, перед первичной термообработкой осуществляют формование гранул, первичную термообработку проводят последовательно в гидротермальных условиях при 70-85°С, затем сушат на воздухе при 110-120°С в течение 5-6 ч, введение соединений платины осуществляет путем пропитки гранул водным раствором платинохлорводородной кислоты с добавлением уксусной кислоты при комнатной температуре, а повторную термообработку проводят при 250-400°С. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что на стадии первичной термообработки после сушки дополнительно осуществляют прокаливание при 400-420°С в течение 4-5 ч. 1.
