Abstract
1. Катализатор для трансалкилирования бензола диэтилбензолами в виде цилиндрических гранул правильной формы с определенными характеристиками пористой структуры, включающий цеолит типа Y в кислотной Н-форме, отличающийся тем, что катализатор содержит 100 мас.% цеолита со степенью замещения ионов Naна Hне менее 0,95 и при этом более 80% объема мезо- и макропор гранул составляют поры диаметром больше 100 нм.2. Способ получения катализатора для способа трансалкилирования бензола диэтилбензолами по п.1, включающий приготовление цилиндрических гранул правильной формы с определенными характеристиками пористой структуры путем смешения цеолита типа Y в кислотной Н-форме и связующего, сушки и прокалки гранул, отличающийся тем, что для получения катализатора гранулированный без связующего цеолит типа NaY высокой фазовой чистоты с диаметром гранул 1,5-1,7 мм, в котором более 80% объема мезо- и макропор приходится на поры диаметром более 100 нм, последовательно обрабатывают водными растворами солей аммония с концентрацией 20-25 г/дм(в пересчете на) при соотношении масса гранул:объем раствора, равном (1:6)-(1:7), и температурах 80-90ºС в течение 1,0-1,5 ч, чередуя три или четыре стадии указанной обработки с двумя или тремя промежуточными прокалками соответственно при температурах 540-600ºС в течение 3-4 ч, высушивают при температурах 120-150ºС в течение 3-4 ч и прокаливают 3-4 ч при температурах 540-600ºС.3.
