Abstract
1. Способ изготовления листовой конструкции с двоякой кривизной поверхности, при котором поверхность конструкции разбивают на отдельные детали, формообразование которых выполняют деформированием заготовок, после чего детали сваривают друг с другом в заданную конструкцию, отличающийся тем, что разбивку поверхности конструкции на листовые детали осуществляют с учетом их одинакового утонения в результате деформирования, причем величину получаемого утонения каждой части детали распределяют по параболе, ветви которой исходят из точек детали, расположенных на противоположных кромках и отстоящих от кромок на величину припусков для гибки и сборки, при этом парабола имеет вершину в зоне наибольших утонений с ординатой равной этому утонению. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формообразование заготовок деталей выполняют локальным деформированием. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что детали выполняют с плавным спрямлением участков, которые начинаются от кромок детали и простираются на величину припуска на гибку и сборку деталей. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что у наиболее выпуклой детали конструкции выполняют с недогибом участки, которые начинаются от стыкуемых кромок и простираются на величину ее поперечной усадки от последующей сварки со смежными деталями. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что припуски на сборку деталей минимизируют, а наиболее выпуклую деталь конструкции выполняют без припуска. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сварку деталей конструкции сначала выполняют с ее внутренней стороны. 1.
