Abstract
Способ изготовления лопаток, заключающийся в ее предварительном профилировании с формированием перовой и хвостовой частей лопатки, при этом в процессе предварительного профилирования на ее поверхности выполняют технологические элементы заданной формы, и окончательной штамповке, отличающийся тем, что технологические элементы выполняют в виде впадин, расположенных в крайних сечениях лопатки со стороны стенки между ее осью и входной кромкой, при этом сопряжение впадин с профилем спинки пера лопатки осуществляют по радиусу, соответствующему радиусу круглой фасонной заготовки в данном сечении лопатки, а высота впадины в направлении приложения усилия штамповки превышает высоту расположения горизонтальной плоскости, лежащей в основании впадины со стороны входной кромки, а при окончательной штамповке осуществляют течение металла от выемок до полного их удаления.
