Модуль ветроколеса карусельного типа, содержащий фрагмент силовой колонны с вертикальной осью вращения, жестко закрепленный на нем подшипниковый узел с двухконцевым валом, ось которого перпендикулярна оси вращения модуля, а концы выходят на диаметрально противоположные стороны фрагмента силовой колонны, и пару лопастей для взаимодействия с ветром, навинченных на концы вала, развернутых одна относительно другой в паре на 90° и жестко зафиксированных на валу посредством стопорных планок, при этом обе лопасти в совокупности с валом и стопорными планками образуют жесткую спаренную лопасть, имеющую возможность знакопеременных колебаний вокруг оси подшипникового узла, отличающийся тем, что стопорные планки выполнены в виде пары идентичных секторных пластин с углом в 90° при вершине сектора, квадратными отверстиями при ней для связи с валом и по меньшей мере парой отверстий ближе к дуговой части сектора для связи между собой и с лопастью, а между секторных пластин в их квадратных отверстиях неподвижно установлена шестерня и в зоне крепежных отверстий установлен упругий буфер, периферийные кромки которого выступают за пределы ребер секторных пластин, при этом в подшипниковом узле над первым валом параллельно ему установлен второй вал, формирующий в совокупности со второй парой лопастей и стопорных планок вторую жесткую спаренную лопасть, лопасти и стопорные планки обеих спаренных лопастей, расположенные на одной стороне фрагмента силовой колонны установлены по отношению друг к другу зеркально, а шестерни стопорных планок на каждой из сторон фрагмента силовой колонны находятся в постоянном зацеплении.
