Abstract
1. Выхлопная система для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедной смеси, которая включает: ! (a) каталитический фильтр для сажи (CSF); ! (b) регулирующее устройство; ! (c) средство, управляемое регулирующим устройством, для увеличения содержания горючих углеводородов (НС) и/или моноксида углерода (СО) в выхлопном газе, (поступающем в CSF, таким образом, чтобы сжигать НС и/или СО в фильтре CSF с целью повышения температуры CSF и сжигания накопившихся в нем твердых частиц; и ! (d) устройство катализаторного датчика, расположенное между коллектором двигателя и CSF, для сжигания СО и/или углеводородов в выхлопном газе, поступающем в выхлопную систему, и ввода в регулирующее устройство данных, которые коррелируют с энтальпией сгорания углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе, ! посредством чего регулирующее устройство в процессе его использования контролирует устройство подачи горючих углеводородов и/или СО в зависимости от введенных в него данных, благодаря чему регулируется степень контактирования фильтра CSF с горючими углеводородами и/или СО. ! 2. Выхлопная система по п.1, в которой устройство катализаторного датчика содержит спай катализаторной термопары. ! 3. Выхлопная система по п.2, в которой устройство катализаторного датчика содержит спай катализаторной термопары и некатализирующий спай стандартной термопары. ! 4. Выхлопная система по п.1 или 2, в которой катализатор в фильтре CSF содержит, по меньшей мере, один металл платиновой группы, предпочтительно Pt, или два металла Pt и Pd. ! 5. Выхлопная система по п.2, в которой катализатор в фильтре CSF и катализаторная термопара содержат, по меньшей мере, один металл платиновой
Claims (15)
1. Выхлопная система для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедной смеси, которая включает:
(a) каталитический фильтр для сажи (CSF);
(b) регулирующее устройство;
(c) средство, управляемое регулирующим устройством, для увеличения содержания горючих углеводородов (НС) и/или моноксида углерода (СО) в выхлопном газе, (поступающем в CSF, таким образом, чтобы сжигать НС и/или СО в фильтре CSF с целью повышения температуры CSF и сжигания накопившихся в нем твердых частиц; и
(d) устройство катализаторного датчика, расположенное между коллектором двигателя и CSF, для сжигания СО и/или углеводородов в выхлопном газе, поступающем в выхлопную систему, и ввода в регулирующее устройство данных, которые коррелируют с энтальпией сгорания углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе,
посредством чего регулирующее устройство в процессе его использования контролирует устройство подачи горючих углеводородов и/или СО в зависимости от введенных в него данных, благодаря чему регулируется степень контактирования фильтра CSF с горючими углеводородами и/или СО.
2. Выхлопная система по п.1, в которой устройство катализаторного датчика содержит спай катализаторной термопары.
3. Выхлопная система по п.2, в которой устройство катализаторного датчика содержит спай катализаторной термопары и некатализирующий спай стандартной термопары.
4. Выхлопная система по п.1 или 2, в которой катализатор в фильтре CSF содержит, по меньшей мере, один металл платиновой группы, предпочтительно Pt, или два металла Pt и Pd.
5. Выхлопная система по п.2, в которой катализатор в фильтре CSF и катализаторная термопара содержат, по меньшей мере, один металл платиновой группы, предпочтительно Pt, или два металла Pt и Pd.
6. Выхлопная система по п.1, в которой регулирующее устройство приспособлено для предотвращения роста температуры фильтра CSF выше заданной температуры в ходе активной регенерации CSF.
7. Выхлопная система по п.1, в которой регулирующее устройство приспособлено для поддержания температуры фильтра CSF выше заданной температуры в ходе активной регенерации CSF.
8. Выхлопная система по п.1, содержащая катализатор окисления, нанесенный на монолит субстрата, расположенный между коллектором двигателя и устройством катализаторного датчика, для сжигания только части горючих углеводородов и/или СО.
9. Выхлопная система по п.8, в которой объем субстрата катализатора окисления составляет от 1/10 до 1/3 от объема вытеснения двигателя, для которого предназначается сконструированная выхлопная система.
10. Выхлопная система по п.8, которая содержит устройство для шунтирования катализатора окисления в течение заданного режима работы.
11. Выхлопная система по п.1, которая содержит устройство для впрыска горючих углеводородов в выхлопной газ до фильтра CSF.
12. Выхлопная система по пп.8, 9 или 10, которая содержит устройство для впрыска горючих углеводородов в выхлопной газ до катализатора окисления.
13. Устройство, которое содержит двигатель внутреннего сгорания и выхлопную систему по любому из пп.1-12.
14. Устройство по п.13, в котором средство для увеличения содержания горючих углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе содержит топливный инжектор в цилиндре двигателя.
15. Способ регулирования активной регенерации катализаторного фильтра для сажи (CSF) в выхлопной системе двигателя внутреннего сгорания, который включает стадии:
(i) повышение содержания горючих углеводородов (НС) и/или монооксида углерода (СО) в выхлопном газе, поступающем в фильтр CSF, для сжигания НС и/или СО в CSF с целью увеличения температуры CSF и сжигания твердых частиц, накопившихся на фильтре;
(ii) сжигание углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе до фильтра CSF в устройстве катализаторного датчика с целью генерирования сигнала, отображающего концентрацию углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе;
(iii) корреляция сигнала с величиной энтальпии сгорания углеводородов и/или СО в выхлопном газе; и
(iv) регулирование содержания углеводородов и/или СО на стадии (i) в зависимости от величины энтальпии, определенной на стадии (iii), благодаря чему температуру фильтра CSF поддерживают в заданном диапазоне.
